Well. Creepy psychological, fine. Mini-twist at the end. But somehow . . . and maybe it's not so much this particular one, maybe I've just realized something about how I feel about this kind of schtick in general . . . but it didn't have impact, because I found myself thinking "This is facile, I don't think real damaged people think like this, I don't think this particular kind of creepy reflects anyone's real psychology".

I felt like the "ugly" girl's character was interesting, and while not exactly a 1:1 representation of any real person, it worked as a dramatically exaggerated version of a very real mindset.

The other girl, though... I agree, it felt a little bit hollow to me if you take it at face value (no pun intended). It was maybe a bit too literal and basic in favor of being twisted. Like, "I'm a narcissist so I want to have sex with myself" is kind of reductive to the point that it isn't really interesting. On the other hand, "you look like me so I'm into you" could be more of an expression of an idea like "you are obsessed with me, and I am excited by the fact that your adoration/envy for me is so strong that it ruined you". I think that's a little more like an exaggeration of the way some people really experience attraction.

WOW so Rinna just gets unapologetically friend zoned and ends up alone? WTF AUTHOR!? Weak ass rushed ending, did this series get the axe or something? Feels like the author straight up tried to take back the fact that this series was a competition between Rinna and Sayu at the end and basically retconned that Rinna was in love with the main character because “she gives it her all when it comes to love” and loves everyone. That is such BS. This ending was so damn rushed and unsatisfying and has amazingly gone from one of my favourite recent Yuri mangas to one of my biggest disappointments. It’s going to feel real bad taking this series of my favourites list. God dammit author…

So it's been 2 weeks since Taiyaki posted chapter 5 part 2. Why is Yuri hub taking so long to release it in English? If it takes a month for them to release it in English, I am canceling my subscription. I'll just wait until they've released the first volume in English and I can buy it that way.

Well what's good about it Juan is you pay what five bucks on fanbox, use those three links to catch up with volume 1, and then catch up. Cancel it, then wait 6 months pay $5 again and catch up. Way better than buying the manga.

Thank you exactly what I needed.

Also I'm trying to like Oyako, but the dynamic between them is too easy. Thus the title having easy going in it I guess. Also it's weird that her mom is also into her mom. The thing is though the mom doesn't seem that into her... So I don't like the dynamic as much. Feels more wrong somehow, even though incest is already wrong.

I like 1 x 1/2 lots more. I guess it's therapeutic to have art that isn't hard to script or draw though for Taiyaki.
