For the "half-assed attempt to be the next love Live" category we have Bang Dream and Idol Jihen. Could turn out well, but both have a number of red flags associated with them

For "stuff people here should be familiar with" there's Demi-chan wa Kataritai, Gabriel Dropout, and Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon. Of course, there's no telling how much these'll resemble the manga

"Cute girls doing cute things" gives us Minami Kamakura Koukou Joshi Jitenshabu and Urara Meirochou. From what I've seen of them I have higher hopes for the latter, but I doubt either will be worse than mediocre

Little Witch Academia is also happening and has the same staff, if you're into that

I hear Schoolgirl Strikers has yuri potential and the staff is okay, but it doesn't look high-budget and game adaptions have poor track records

Before people start whining about yuri being dead it should be noted that the season looks awful in general

The weirdest thing about Nebby as a Solgaleo is that Cosmog > Cosmoem > Lunala looks incredibly natural as a progression

I wouldn't be surprised if solgaleo was the result of artist's block. The whole design looks kind of unfinished

Mn, the scene where you get Nebby really emphasizes that Nebby considers both the PC and Lille to be about as important, and I don't think Nebby would stick solely with one of them. Nebby is sort of like their kid

Huh, a yuri end for Gundam is looking plausible. More emphasis on Atra and Kudelia liking each other, but Mika still doesn't particularly care and is starting to death-flag

So Izetta's ending was about what it had been leading up to, fandom worries aside. Fine x Izetta is sweet and about as gay as you can get without being labeled yuri. Show itself is pretty uneven and was probably intended to be two-cour at some point, but averages out to fairly alright. Worth a look if you have five hours with nothing else to do

MahoIku had a fairly good final episode. Yuri-wise there's a lesbian couple and some questionable moments with the other characters, but nearly everyone dies... The series is great if you like the whole battle royale type thing

Lillie is more important to the protagonist compared to the others

Huh, this'll be odd. The manga isn't very well suited to adaptation; the stories are of wildly varying length, genre, and character focus. It'll be difficult to make something coherent of it while doing justice to the source material. Also, it gets weird

I think people are over-estimating how big a deal this is. The politics and economics are still set up to be as important as they ever were, and the preview isn't exactly one of carnage. It's just a new complication. As well as making the setting make a lot more sense

Not confirmed yuri, but it's currently at a point where it doesn't really make sense if you assume the characters are straight

I think what was going on there was the stone was crystallized mana, letting Zophie ignore the dead spots, rather than shutting down Izetta. Still bullshit, though
