She basically blackmail her by using the action she got blackmailed into doing, now that I think about it.

Dunno, that's just my point of view, but if you put the people you like into such situation, I'm not sure what that say about you.

It's not like she can only write one recommendation letter. People who does deserve it, top student should get them and "the world not being kind" doesn't make people who act like asshole, not asshole. I'm pretty sure if it was know that she was blackmailing her student for recommendation letter, she would be fired. The price you pay for recommendation letter, as you say, his hard work, good attitude in school, and great grades, not some strange weird favor that you get blackmailed into and that would probably throw out of the etablishement anyone involved.

However, Ayaka is basically getting an easy route to ANY college she desires, by simply getting a student to come to school and having her not fail, while others are gonna have to bust their asses off for a good 3 years to do the same. So idk man, maybe it's because i've seen much worse blackmails on here, but it's kind of an eye for an eye situation.

I mean, she still coerce somewhat sexual favor out of her against her reputation and something who's really important to her, it's not kind in any way, the sole thing who make the situation seems "not so bad" is that she eventually grow to somehow like it, but it's still shitty.

Eh, I wouldn't really call it "stalker-ish" when they only met once and there was no stalking as such going on, just some hidden one-sided feelings. And having a reason like this for the initial blackmail seems certainly better than her simply doing this with the first random girl she could get her claws on, even if the whole plan is still bad, of course.

Idk, it reminds me of real life horror stories of "nice guys" who just stay back and observe a girl they like because they're too socially inept and then when their crush finally throws them a bone in the way of any sort of attention, they become absolute monsters and take an inch for a mile.

I'd rather the premise was the loner doing it on a spur of the moment thing since she didn't like being used for the recommendation letter and wanted to teach smart girl a lesson rather than the whole one sided feelings thing though again, I don't like the premise at all either way lol

I mean you would think that if Honda was really stalking Ayaka, then she would at the very least know what school she attends, and from what we've gathered so far, if Honda originally knew they attended the same school together, and that they had the same class even, she would've attended too, and this manga would've never happened in the first place.

i've not read many manga, but what this reminds me of is Death Note, where you're watching the tense, mental struggles and calculations of a villain protagonist.

I thought so too, I find Airi and Light to be very somewhat similar characters, both honor students, they have everything, good grades, are athletic, good looking, popular, and have "kind" personalities.

However they can both be evil, greedy, selfish, manipulative, calculative, and will do anything even if it means stepping on others to win once their true colors start to show, that passion and desire to win and have control over everything, also turned out to be their greatest weakness in the end, they both got too caught up, and ended up digging their own graves in the process without even realizing it.

I wonder if the Author likes Death Note.

Guess my hunch was right, she threw up, in front of everyone too which is even worse, I'm actually starting to feel bad for her now, maybe it's because it hits home or whatever, but she's finally starting to pay the huge consequences of her actions, I wonder how it's gonna turn out from now on, last page was a shocker, might have just been Hina being happy that Airi is finally calling her back, but with all the things she made her go through, she might've finally snapped. I can't wait for the next chapter to come out.

Yuzu seems badly off-model for most of the chapter, though normal on page 33. Harumin also seemed off, though less so, and normal again on 33.

Evidently (from posts below) Opinions Differ—but I found Yuzu to be barely recognizable, and kind of . . . creepy looking.

Well, it's a good thing Sabu is starting to experiment new hairstyles and all, but same, that hairstyle makes Yuzu look a bit..off? I'm not sure why though, it just does.

I'm not sure about Airi yet, but poor Hina, getting used like that by the person she loves then having everything be exposed like that by her supposed "friend" I won't be surprised if it ends up in a suicide or something of that sort

Ichika seems to be the only one at the moment that somewhat cares about Airi and wants it not to be her, hopefully Airi gets blackmailing bitch back, in the meanwhile Yuu and Hina can get away from those two as far as possible....
I just really hope it doesn't turn into one of those, "you're the only person I have left now" where one of them turns into a yandere, knowing Airi, the possibility is high.

Edit: This might also just be me, but with those noises at the end of the chapter, did Airi end up throwing up from the shock or something? kinda seems like something that could've happened.

As in I find she has a lot of traits that I see in myself and as such feel a connection to her and the events happening. Or rather that was my opinion as of chapter 7. Chapter 8 she's a pussy for freaking out that much and immediately cutting things off with the other girl. We'll see how things go I guess.

I agree actually, there are better ways to handle a situation like that, in the heat of the moment it might be complicated sure, but completely cutting herself off from Hina and expecting everything to magically solve itself when there's a ton of evidence already, knowing Blackmail-Chan is out to get them sooner or later, Would probably just hurt Hina more and not give any advantage to Airi at all, however seeing how Airi is, she's probably smarter than that and most likely has a plan under her sleeve...only time can tell now.
