So, is it over? This feels like an ending

It's kind of interesting how the manga and anime use a lot of the same characters but give them completely different personalities

If anyone is wondering, the manga seems to be written as a sequel to the game, and the anime appears to be in a continuity of it's own

Nope, the anime is also a sequel to the game and this manga.

Unless the final episode includes some explanation for ceruleans being very, very different between the game and anime and you somehow know this despite it having yet to air, I don't think that's a reasonable position to take. The anime has something loosely based on the game as it's backstory, but there's some major differences

Sigh. Called it. So much for FeMC.

Given how far off it is, I wouldn't take any promotional material as entirely factual, be it the poster or the PV. ...Though it's most likely that SHAFT was told to use the male PC by the production committee

Are you trolling or do you just live in a world of your own?

Suguri's ending was remarkably romantic. Especially since they'd known each other for like 5 minutes

They're from 100% Orange Juice, aren't they?

100% Orange Juice is a crossover between the developer's games. Hime and Suguri are originally from Suguri

That was a proposal right?

Shouldn't this be spoiler tagged, too? Just saying.

I guess it's a spoiler for episode 5. What's the statute of limitations on spoilers around here?

Sorta? It seemed more like a suggestion that they could start a romantic relationship than anything

So, next season:

Attack on Titan: You know how Christa x Ymir was big when the first season was airing? This season is going to include the reason why

Frame Arms Girl: Probably going to be terrible, but with an all-female cast I wouldn't be surprised if there was some subtext

Hinako Note: Pretty certain that this'll at least have subtext, going by some of the promotional materials (and as a CGDCT show, that's expected, anyway). Issue here is that I honestly have no idea whether or not this is going to be shorts

ID-0: This seems to be at least partially about the relationship between two girls, with no (human) men in sight... Yuri-friendly staff, including one of the best directors in the industry. Could be very good!

DanMachi Sword Oratoria: Lefiya has a crush on Aiz. This is portrayed fairly positively. Also, what I read of the manga was pretty decent

Sakura Quest: Maybe? The main cast is composed of girls, and the writer is certainly familiar with homosexuality

sin Nanatsu no Taizai: Fanservice series that doesn't appear to have a male lead, so I'd expect some yuri, if only for titillation

The season has a wide variety of interesting shows, but these are the ones with clear yuri potential

Zounose at their best. Heavy canon-accuracy, interesting concepts, and reasonably dark

Okay, I definitely prefer the anime's art; all the shades of grey here make things hard to make out, and the characters aren't always quite on-model. Writing is a bit of a wash; the anime skipped some parts I'd have preferred they keep, but other bits are streamlined and the joke delivery is generally better

That was pretty decent. Very clearly written between ep 5 and 6, not just from the cast, but the twist at the end. And it's looking increasingly unlikely that Kaban was ever a normal girl

A spin-off series about the Friends in the real world would be terrific, but unlikely to ever happen.

The manga is set in something like the modern day, and the anime is apparently going to get a sequel set in the outer world...

Urara's last few episodes were the best in the series. It's pretty good at the moment

KemoFre is a good kids' show. Animation quality is admittedly poor, but it's fairly entertaining otherwise. And, yeah, there's a remarkably intriguing backstory slowly being revealed

Oh, that's what's with the hat

It's okay, I guess. Doesn't really have any of the traits that make the anime interesting, though

So I gave Kemono Friends a shot after seeing it get loads of fanart a ended up catching up completely. Poor animation, but otherwise fairly good. And there were some yuri-ish bits. Beaver and Prairie Dog in particular seem to have been made for the yuri fans

Very pretty. Not just the art, but the story has a very pretty feel, which I'm certain doesn't make sense to anyone but me

27: What's up with that "Nishikino Souseki-san" thing? Is it a nickname Nico has for Maki? The only experience I have with Love Live is reading the yuri doujins, so I'm not too familiar with all this stuff (though it certainly does help a lot with learning more about LL).

She's referring to Natsume Souseki, who's famous for (apocryphally) saying that a Japanese person would never say something as blunt as "I love you", but instead talk around the point with a phrase like "the moon is beautiful"

Text page had some awkward wording, but otherwise a good read

Anyway I really should finish watching season 1 but hearing about the stupid father thing in the later season really annoys me in refraining to do so.

At least get through G. It's easily the best part of the series, and ties up enough that you can pretend GX doesn't exist if you really want to (Personally I like GX more than the original, but there's no denying it has some major problems)

Possible! Taniguchi and Kuroda have both worked on some fairly yuri-ish things

Btw, who else loves Anabel's Sun/Moon style? Arceus, I got nosebleed from her new look.

She's really cute in-game, but I find few fanartists manage to replicate it well (Eromame being one of the exceptions)

Dragon Maid seems to be pretty popular, by moe-blob slice of life comedy anime standards, these usually don't get much attention...

So much cute fanart... its... overwhelming...

Hope it does well in japan tho... thats kinda where it matters.

It's a KyoAni series that's not horribly boring. Of course it's going to be popular
