From what I've read about this the closing down was not entirely about the porn itself, but more to do with copyrighted material being hosted (without permission). Thus moving it out of the Netherlands won't help since it seems to effect any EU member state. I have no idea where Dynasty's servers are located so I don't know if this might happen later to this site as well (I hope it won't though).

I'm not really sure about that considering E-Hentai is still up just fine for the moment. E-Hentai and ExHentai are effectively the same site, both using the same database, just with E-Hentai hiding loli and such.

It's a damn shame some people are so close minded with some of that stuff. I've seen so many people accuse fans of Loli or Shota to be pedophiles. Now, I'm not saying there isn't any overlap, but liking those doesn't mean you want to fuck a kid. The people saying it creates pedophiles are annoying as hell too. Their thought process isn't much different from those blaming shootings on video games.

Oh jeez, I had no idea about this. I just read an article about it and my stomach is turning from it. I don't know what kind of beef the suspect had with the studio, but nothing could have ever justified what they did.

This chapter kinda reminded me of Go Get A Roomie in a small way. I liked it.

It all started with the web comic Go Get a Roomie actually. At some point a couple years ago I saw someone in the comments section for one of the pages mention Girl Friends so I decided to buy the first volume and give it a go. Then I proceeded to buy all of Morinaga's work that I could. Then I found Citrus and Kase-san and bought all of those. Then I found Lily Love and Pulse and fell in love with those and proceeded to buy the physical releases of them when I found out they existed. Then I started looking everwhere for more and at some point stumbled onto Dynasty. If I'm remembering correctly, I actually found Dynasty while looking for more of Takemiya Jin's work.

So yeah, Go Get a Roomie introduced me to Girl Friends, and Girl Friends basically made the whole "Yuri craze" click in my head. It's actually funny how long it took for that to happen. I loved Go Get a Roomie and Tamen de Gushi for years before getting sucked in to Yuri as a whole. Just for some reason the idea to look for more never really crossed my mind until I saw that recommendation for Girl Friends.

Heh, the school couple on page 16 and 17 make me really notice how similar Nanoha and Chidori from Hana Ni Arashi are to Akko and Mari from Girl Friends cause seeing them made me think of both couples.
