Well it's at least one-sided. That is coming from Hanaoka, Saki is probably just that awkward.

But a couple of missed things. Page 2 she's 'saying' Nanaoka instead of Hanaoka and page 20 last panel 'imagine if (it) got into my room somehow'

On page 14 in the second bubble of the first panel there's an additional 'change' that is unnecessary.
And on page 19 the third to last bubble "that's" is spelled tha'ts.

Otherwise I enjoyed it :]

Random chapter strikes again, and yet again it's an abandoned manga. Such a shame.

Don't think about it too much, this is supposed to be a comedic take on various romantic tropes.

I think the tone changed in this one, though. Shou's a lot more defensive in chapter 5's fight than any of the others. And the ending had Shou yelling at Akkii rather than their standing next to each other, flushed and fidgeting. I fear the author is trying to move the story away from the double yandere thing...

They were yelling at each other since the start, and in the last panel even if it doesn't show it it's basically the same ending as the previous chapters.

People have started being waaaay more paranoid. Guess that's what happens when all we get is angst/drama doujins/manga.

^ You guys should read Present by Uso Kurata then. The angst and drama tags for it imply something heavy but it's not at all. Some mod should remove them xD

Also I have mixed feelings about Shouko seeming to forgive Akki so easily at the end. I mean she basically stabbed in the eye and pushed around about a misunderstanding. It's good Shouko accepts and loves Akki so readily and can forgive her as soon as the misunderstanding is cleared up but...well I don't know how healthy the relationship can actually get if Akki remains so untrusting and jealous.

You seem to forget that both are like that, it just so happened this time that Akki got jealous.

If you look back it's always Akki initiating though. I think Shouko just is always ready to retaliate. If Akki never got jealous, the fights would never happen.

So what about the time where they were talking about sex and Shouko swung first? Or the previous chapter where Shouko fired at Akki's head. This isn't about the jealousy but about who starts the fights. Admittedly the jealousy so far it's been only from Akki's side, but I have no doubt that Shouko would react like that as well.

I'm not sure. Maybe "The Structural Formula of First Love", more probably and specifically "Backshot" to begin with. It has the right balance between mischief and tenderness I need in this moment.

For now we're going to go with a pseudo-doujinshi numbering (i.e. based on the original numbering but not totally accurate). This will be revisited when me and dpf have some more time to talk it over.

It's good now, or at least I think. I wouldn't know if there are more chapters to this, but it doesn't seem like it. The continuity is preserved so yeah. Plus http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/philosophia_ch04#66 I don't know if that's all volumes but it probably shows all of them.

Well that was my mistake, saying it was her brother. Should've read closely, but still yeah, it should be more than a 20 year gap between the 'new' Tomo and Ai. Plus the final chapter was.. I don't know.. It's pointless.

And I'll say it again chapter 3.5 and chapter 5 are the same thing. If someone could tell a mod?

Half of the fun of stories like this is to come read the comments of confused and disappointed people trying to find their sickeningly sweet fluffy times ending. To be fair this one did not quite earn the ending it tried to sell, some of the drama was a bit, hmm, sudden and flimsily established to really be convincing. Ah well. There have certainly been more convoluted developments, and Ai seems content enough with where she ended up though the eerily similar looking half-sibling (I forgot the gender!) of Tomo seemed unnecessary. If anything I am kind of fed up with lack of fluff always labeled sad and/or bad around here.

It's her brother (half), but you gotta say, the reveal in the final chapter came out of nowhere. so it was kind of bad.

I am not a fan of the ending...I would be okay with the ending if it ended when Tomo left. That after story, to me, was kind of shitty...especially the appearance of a new character who resembles Tomo Why can't it just be Tomo. I really enjoyed the story, but not very much the ending.

The reveal of Tomo being a pimp comes from nowhere and clashes so bad with the story themes that comes off like being added just for drama's sake

edit: I'll note that they aren't exactly the same as back then (Sakurako is a huge perv in those older pictures...) but they certainly have their roots from those yuri collections of Yukiko's.

Any chance for them being translated and get thrown in as extras alongside the chapters? Perhaps a page per chapter? That would be really nice, and that way you wouldn't have to translate them in one go.
