1- it appears that Sumin and Seju talked about an appointment that Seju has, and it finished before expected.. will Seju finish an appointment early just to disturb them?
2- yes, Seju might already knew about Sungji taking a day off, but she and Sumin went to meet Sungji's friends first.. how could Seju know exactly when they will be having sex so she could interrupt it ?

Actually, she later said she loved her. Past tense is a past tense. It's not the same love as it used to be anymore.

official translation, when Sungji asked her ch77, she said in present tense: I like her.
if you are referring to ch64, the conversation used the past tense in all of it, which is consistent with the context. you have Seju explaining why she was afraid of saying that she loves Sumin earlier.. and Sumin answered in the past tense referring to the same time period they were talking about.
so the tense is motivated by context consistency

you know, the scene when Sumin cried.. she did not even know why she was crying exactly when Seju asked her.. she did not just cry on Sungji, but on all her attempts in a +30 break ups that she was trying to count. it was very obvious for her at that moment that it was all her mistake. do you know what +30 break ups in 10 years mean? an average of 4 months relationships !! pretty miserable ..
