Where's my beloved yuri hentai?

There's plenty of NSFW & Lots of sex works on the reader. Now, if you're looking for yuri (and/or) hentai by Dowman Sayman, I think you'll be very disappointed...

Kase-san or Candy are much more adorable. Even Prism is more adorable.

It's impossible to be more adorable than Kase-san. I just can't decide if this is as or slightly less adorable than it... But I definitely think Their Story is cuter than Prism and Candy (which are still good, of course...).
Plenty of very adorable one-shots too.

Probably the most adorable series on here,

I'm unable to choose between this and Kase-san.

i think to call the second half of this "disappointing" would be a understatement
such a cute set up...such a turn...

This one is surely in english. You can probably even find it in many other languages, since it's pretty old.

Carol is in German...

I'm German so I don't really care, but are you sure? It's a british american film I think.

I'm pretty sure it's by the lady who wrote the Ripley books. And I'm pretty sure she wrote in english.

^Googled the ending, fuck that.

It's not a bad movie, tho. But Perfect Blue is probably better.

About... zero, I guess? To elaborate a little: yes, there is gay attraction on it. But no, this movie is not about romance. Romance (and/or Nina's attraction to Mila Kunis' character) isn't the focus of the conflicts.

I think it was more sad than funny...

I really like Koito-san, I can relate with her feelings...
Also: Hand-holding without being a couple? Oh my, so forward! Very naughty!

[...] but because now they're female in body their mind starts to become female too and fall in love with a male character that is nice to them.

I believe this might be a very dangerous thing to say.

Mangakas seen to believe that The Mind Is a Plaything of the Body, so if you change your gender for some reason you must feel attracted to the oposite sex of your new gender.

Or (which may be more relevant to the case, even if both reasons are not mutually exclusive), as I said, the focus is comedy and not realism. Putting the characters in "funny"/awkward situations comes first. It's hard to say without specific examples.

I noticed that in some mangas, character becomes a woman for some reason and now magically they're attracted to man just because they're female, like Idol Pretender.

Maybe they were attracted to men before..? Anyway, I don't know Idol Pretender, but maybe it has something to with the focus of said mangas being comedy and not realism?

From what I found he wanted to become male again (like Ash) but started to question his sexuality and have love interest of both gender, Chiaki and Taki, and it seens that for some time now he's not sure anymore if he still want to go back to male or stay female, it's why unlike Misfile I'm not sure if he counts as trangender or not.

Then let's just count 'em as queer and leave at that. Also, from your description, I'd say it's the same case as Misfile: not yuri, but maybe relevant.

Is this a thing with transgender stories, that they start to question their SEXUAL ORIENTATION?

What. Which "transgender stories" are we talking about specifically?

Yuuki was male forced to become female, I used she in that sentence because if Yuuki is trangender that would be the right pronoun, but I was not sure if I should have used he, she or he/she to talk about Yuuki as I don't know if the character is really trangender or not.

The way I understood it, MC is a male who was turned into a woman against his wishes (like Misfile's Ash). In other words, he identifies as male despite having a female body, hence the FtM (assuming the word transgender applies, of course).

Misfile is good but probably don't count as yuri since Ash identifies as male and didn't became a girl by choice, but it's a nice read if you have patience, it's years since it started and only recently Ash and Emily became a couple.

Exactly. I still think it may be relevant to the interests of the same people who like yuri.

Nah, it's really a magical girl parody about a transgendered valkyrie who fights along side Norse gods.

So I don't know if in the end Yuuki is trangender which would count as yuri if she end with Chiaki, or if they're using the word transgender wrong or I'm just misunderstanding it because of language barrier.

TL;DR Someone knows if this is a yuri webcomic with a MtF main character or not?

Assuming I understood it correctly, if MC is transgender, they are FtM.

Misfile I know about, tho. I don't think it'd be "yuri", but it may be of interest to the same public.

On the subject of relevant webcomics (everyone probably knows these, but since they're missing from the list, let's put 'em here anyway):

Gunnerkrigg Court: Urban fantasy, has a lesbian side-couple.
Go Get a Roomie: Taken straight from the site: "This webcomic follows the wild adventures of an upbeat hippie, living her life in love and joy. (And beer and sex)". Many queer characters. Kinda slow.
The Night Belongs to Us: Urban fantasy. MC is a girl who falls in love with the lady vampire who saved her from a werewolf attack.
Idolon: This one barely started, but looks pretty gay.

Anyone is gonna complain about NTR here?

I already did, but I will do it again:

Please don't NTR armor girl, Setsu.

Maybe my perception is different.

That's probably true. I, for one, can't remember reading a good fantasy book.

But I think yuri written by women is generally better.

A lot of the time yes, but a lot of the times no. It all depends on the writing style really.

Writing style being a matter of taste too. And even then, it's possible to find some books that are so well-crafted that it doesn't matter it's in a style you don't usually like.

[...] it's too cheesy and 'too good people' stuff and unrealistic.

Romance.

Don't know why they're going for realistic when the same people read fantasy but whatever.

I'm not really a reader of fantasy, but I think they mean "believable" when they say "realistic". I don't think it's a matter of being exactly like reality, but of being coherent. A fantasy work can be internally coherent and consistent, that'd make it "realistic" (believable). I, for one, can't read a book if it's poorly writen or if its characters doesn't convince me.

He's self-published on Kindle by the looks of it, and in need of a proof-reader.

Dishing out so many books so quickly must also be of no benefit.
