Don't know why they're going for realistic when the same people read fantasy but whatever.
I'm not really a reader of fantasy, but I think they mean "believable" when they say "realistic". I don't think it's a matter of being exactly like reality, but of being coherent. A fantasy work can be internally coherent and consistent, that'd make it "realistic" (believable). I, for one, can't read a book if it's poorly writen or if its characters doesn't convince me.
He's self-published on Kindle by the looks of it, and in need of a proof-reader.
Dishing out so many books so quickly must also be of no benefit.
