Sometime later Ai gets home and finds Ui and Noko naked under the kotatsu having sex. Judging from Ai's reaction, Noko's proud smile and Ui's we-got-caught :P reaction I think they are going to become a yuri 3 way family by the time we see them next in the main story.

Volume 1 of the manga is going to go on sale soon and Melon Books is giving out some sweet bonus' for it's release. One bonus is a tapestry that depicts one of the side blurbs in the borders of the manga, when Manami and Kuyou went out on there first date. It shows Manami and Kuyou making out at the aquarium. Another bonus has a color card that shows Manami and Rise in the bath, and another card that shows a new side story that appears to show Manami and Kuyou on a double date with Ito and Chika to a pool or the beach.

That might be the strangest excuse i ever heard for justifying a bad writing. It's a "fetish" ? What kind of person have a fetish of writing incoherent plot in a hentai ? It will be easier to admit that the plot is bad and Kurogane has fail wiriting this one instead of wierd justification like that. I've read District 4 and beside the unnecessary blackmail at the end, the story and writing was good. I wouldn't mind the plot if Kurogane wasn't trying to make it work. "But muh porn" It's hard to enjoy the porn when Kurogane shove his bad writing in it.
Like i said Kuyou making Ito quit having sex with her and her mom but still fuck around with Rise and Takako being mad that RIse fuck around with Manami, not to mention Rise who fuck around with Manami and Kuyou. It's like the chapters where Ito make Kuyou confess and where Kuyou ask Ito to stop having sex doesn't happen. Same for the threesome, i thought it was for Rise to understand but nope. Hell, it's even mention that Ito still come see Minami once a week. Kurogane should trying to make the plot and just have the girls enjoying together their relation as an harem/open relation where they just fuck other around and sometimes having orgy/theesomes, it's better than still having it doing behind each other back when they clearly already know that their respective partner is fucking around. The irony in this, it's that the two falling in love in the chapter have just fuck each other once in a threesome.

I agree with the sentiment that people need to just stop expecting so much from hentai manga. yeah there are hentai anime and manga that can tell ok or decent or even good stories. Mira being a good example from you. But a lot of other hentai isnt meant to be like that its just crazy over the top sex. And in that department this manga is delivering.
