I'm in love with this manga, it rings all the right bells. It's one of the most gripping works of yuri I've ever read. The psychological portrayal of the characters is realistic, the emotions are genuine, the careful narrative pacing and development of the mess they're in in after breaking with the hellhole that is work culture in Japan, all deserve praise. And the art... don't get me started. Not only this is great drawing, clean and detailed; It's not often that a mangaka dares be original, exploring such a wide range of perspectives and catching the characters in the middle of unexpected stances or in half-movement! It's impossible not to get really invested in the two leads. And I cringe when I see how their tight their finances are now. Not having to pay rent is what's saving them from a crisis, thanks to auntie! They are just bumbling forward for now, but they will soon need to start making plans and decisions for the long term. I'm looking forward to everything to come: the romance, the drama, the bliss and even the aaaaaangst that is still looming.

I also think endgame's gotta be near because I doubt the manga can last for long if things keep going like that, with the maid always winning everything. Unless drastic measures are taken. If I was the author I would make the maid perish in an accident (sorry to maid fans) and then restart the contests with the other four and minister-chan. Perhaps if there's no maid then the voting would become more objective / less biased.

wlftchtr82 created an account only to call for our forumites to leave Dynasty and go to his Discord server. He also made a sock account, trikotri, to voice support for himself. Maybe he made more: trikotri is the one obvious sock, you just have to take a look at the posting history to realize it, but there are others very recent accounts (all created in the last weeks) that have been playing chorus to wlftchtr82 and may be socks too.
H A U S warned us about wlftchtr82 and "his" spin campaign, to which wlftchtr82 replied with insults and claimed to identify with the pronouns she/her. However, in his hurry, he messed up and posted the message as trikotri... with the hilarious result that we now have at the top of the page the post by H A U S talking about wlftchtr82 and immediately after that the post by trikotri replying "how dare you talk about me like that" which truly is worthy of a laughing gif. XD

I"m glad it's not just me. I'd probably understand if I re-read it from the start, but following along with the releases I honestly have no idea who any of the characters are other than mc and gyaru, they all blend together.

You've hit one of the basic snags of Marimite and the like: all the soeurs couples have the same dynamics, problems, conflicts and reconciliations. The author keeps introducing new characters and pairings but it's repetitive, always the same thing. Not touching, not kissing, only spiritual feelings. Always hovering on the verge of gay without ever crossing the line.

Fans like Watanabe eat it up but if you're not into chaste sisterhood it gets boring quick.

We were talking about harem yuri the other day and a manga that I think looks awesome is I Wouldn't Mind Being Loved by Amano Shuninta. Plot focuses on a lesbian brothel, similar to Asumi-chan's, but in this case the MC starts working at the brothel almost immediately and she makes girls fall for her left and right. It's completed in Japan at 4 volumes.

The first book was partially translated by Sexy Akiba Detectives; but then they stopped and I never found why. I'd like to ask them but I don't use Discord. Actually if some of you do use Discord I'd be thankful if you went to SAD and asked them about the status of this manga and their plans for it!
