Surprised no one posted Free Soul & Indigo Blue by Yamaji Ebine. Both are pretty angsty.

Free Soul is about A lesbian mangaka who falls in love with a bisexual slut who wants to have an incestuous relationship with her father. The slut doesn't want to be in relationship with the mangaka at first and it's only after she sleeps with her father that the slut realizes she loves the mangaka.

Indigo Blue is about A bisexual novelist who falls in love with a girl while dating this guy. She starts dating the girl and the girl thinks she's broken up with her boyfriend, but the novelist is still dating him. She writes a story about her relationship with the 2. The girl finds out and breaks it off and the novelist wants to be with her so she finally breaks it off with the guy and destroy her relationship with him and the novelist and girl get back together. The thing I liked about it is she actually felt bad about what she did especially what she did to the guy. Usually you don't see regret like that.

There's also a VN that came out recently called Love Ribbon that's pretty angsty.

2 sisters who have just met fall in love. They think they aren't really related, but it turns out they are. There are 2 endings. A bad ending where 1 of the sisters can't take that revelation and they separate permanently and the Good Ending where she can't handle it at first, but then they get back together.

Free Soul and Indigo Blue were both really good. Thanks. I might buy Love Ribbon if it's on sale.

To me, this feels like a bad ending. I'm not against open relationships, but they need to be grounded in honesty to be healthy. This one doesn't seem to be.

I see it as bittersweet. Ayumi clearly wanted to be with her just as much as she wanted to be with her boyfriend. That's why she wanted to introduce her so they are aware of each other.

she even went so far as to monologue to the MC about it and getting in her face for toying with people, when she herself, very well did the exact same thing. Sensei kind of reminds me of that girl from amano shinuntas story

I just get annoyed when characters get forgiven so easily for their terrible behavior.

I wish more mangas continued into college life if they start in highschool.

Yuri just doesn't work this way. The author is truly breaking new ground here, boldly going where no yuri mangaka has gone before.

I'm just saying in general. Usually it will end at highschool or it will timeskip over college. I also hate when they do the whole couple separation due to college thing. I can think of only a few where it shows college life.

One of my favorites: Last Game

I read Sentimental Dust ending and... meh. The happy ending seemed a little forced.

Utter drama in chapter 3. Sensei gets married because "I'm too old for this shit, so let's conform to what society expects of me.

Talking to best friend about it in chapter 4, shoujo pentagons shower happens. Everything is solved with lots of tears.

Chapter 5 extra : 6 years later, happy ending. See sensei? It was possible to ignore society if you try hard enough. But she probably thinks her daughter was worth giving up on loving girls...

Was this axed or what?

I still don't understand how they could stay friends with her after what she does to the one girl. I liked that the 2 main girls got together, but the teacher was an awful person. Not because she "conformed", but because of the other shit.

Yeah, that sounds pretty awful, but at least they got a happy ending, right?

Yeah, it was happy ending for the girls. Though I would have told the Sensei to fuck off. Not because she decided to get married, but because she did the same thing to the one girl that happened to her.

This is gonna need a tragedy tag, isn't it...

I hope it doesn't, but I think it's going that way...

Wew, why doesn't this have a tragedy tag?

I'm usually a fan of happy endings or I'm left unsatisfied, but I kinda likes this. It sucks Simone died, but Resine got what she deserved.

I liked this, but I still felt bad for Kyou because Konomi clearly couldn't let go of the past. I mean remembrance is one thing, but Konomi was on another level of that. I kinda wish it wasn't comedic as to needing to feed the cat instead going for a more dramatic storm out. Then they make up when Konomi comes to the realization and feels bad about what she's doing to Kyou.

So you think this will have a happy ending? Cause the way it's going now, I'm not so sure.

I think so.
Or else the cover page will be a cruel reminder of what could have been TT_TT

Well I love me some drama/angst if I get a happy ending out of it. Makes that ending all more worthwhile. Is it known how many chapters there are or is this still releasing new?

I liked Hoshikawa Ginza District 4, but the ending was slightly confusing and something happening to one of the main girls gets kinda dropped.

The younger of the main couple gets blackmailed by this highschool girl who knows about her relationship with her teacher. She takes the opportunity to fool around with her even in public and then you never hear about it again.

I feel like this is just a sub thread for your bisexual one tho, you're just asking for a more specific kind of plot
If one girl likes/is with a boy, but gets with the other main girl in the end, those stories would probably have the bi tag? Since you've already made a thread for bisexual suggestions, except for the stories where it isn't tagged as such/it isn't as prominent, you've probably read a good chunk of whatever ppl could recommend

Well I accidentally deleted that one and I wasn't able to go through them all. I want ones where the girls end up together because there are many where one of the girls gets fucked over.

Yes, I know. I agree with you ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ I just feel like all of your comments should've been directed towards this post:

When you're asking for a favor? Ok, if you think so...

And not SF's.

I just want some suggestions. T_T Not to a discussion to whether being nitpicky is a good or bad thing. XD

joined Dec 19, 2016

But then... it doesn't make sense! Σ(゚д゚lll)

You guys are all saying it's okay to be nitpicky in this situation! Meanwhile, none is the one that said OP shouldn't be nitpicky.

But if I wasn't being nitpicky, then I wouldn't be asking for a certain scenario. XD

Ehhhh, some think pickiness is a good thing. I mean being picky for something like this is just me wanting a certain kind of scenario.

It's more like, a certain attitude that some may take. There is a time and place where being picky is more appropriate, and ofc, obviously when it's a less welcomed and possibly offensive behaviour.
In your specific case, your replies were fine. It's a thread about a kind of plot you'd like to read more of, after all. After you have concretely spelled out everything ppl need to know to give you the appropriate suggestions, it's not like, a bad thing to tell them if they have met, or not, your initial criteria

Well if you have anything, let me know. :)

^ There's nothing wrong with being picky lol.

Am I? I'm just coming up with certain scenarios and seeing what I can find.

Well, you weren't specific enough in the first version of your post, but that's fine, it happens ¯_(ツ)_/¯ It's pretty rip that I was already replying your thread minutes before you edited the post, but it's just a suckish coincidence/timing, it's fine lmao. It wasn't really being picky/you weren't being especially annoying so it's chill

But ew @"nothing wrong with being picky". Pickiness can totally be annoying, inconsiderate, rude and a bother to other ppl, but sure, if you're not a dick about it, I don't see why it'd be something wrong

Ehhhh, some think pickiness is a good thing. I mean being picky for something like this is just me wanting a certain kind of scenario.

But they both liked boys, plus we didn't know till towards the end they liked each other. I'm talking where one specifically likes girls and their love interest likes boys.

Yeah sorry. I did love Girl Friends though, but she liked her at first before dating the guy.
I'm waiting for Netsuzou Trap to finish.
Octave was good, but it seemed like insecurities halted that relationship more than one of them liking/dating a boy.

You're a picky one, aren't you?

Lmao, Girl Friends by Morinaga Milk right? This one shot by the same author too
The boys in Netsuzou Trap serve as that too
Arguable with Crescent Sweet Honey
Girls Monochrome
Uh, Octave?

Edit: well ugh you edited your description.

Yeah sorry. I like it when it's a one-sided love at first and the mc usually helps them come to the realization they love them.

Technically not anime but Legend of Korra has a similar premise with its romance plot line.

But they both liked boys, plus we didn't know till towards the end they liked each other. I'm talking where one specifically likes girls and their love interest likes boys.

I watched Kannazuki no Miko and before Himeko comes to the realization she's in love with Chikane (mc), she likes and goes on dates with Soma.

Are there any manga/anime where this occurs?

In the end though, they get together.

One of the preferably the mc is the one who likes girls from the beginning and the girl she wants likes/dates boys at the beginning.

If you have any for my other scenario requests, please don't hesitate to post them.

Ok, I personally like when incest happens because I find it an interesting taboo to cover, but why exactly did Niki want to fuck her father? I was a tad confused on that reasoning.
