I'd say it's very good to read the first chapters, which explain a little bit about the setting, but I guess the bare minimum'd be the character creation chapter (and you can refer to other chapters as needed; e.g.: look up your chosen clan).

how many players have to play? is there some sort of rule to how many players play?

Not that I know of. The amount of players is from... 3, I guess? To any number manageable by the GM. I think 6~7 at most. There are also live-action games, which can have dozens of players (and many GMs).

But yeah someone needs to come up with the rules and story (setting) and stuff so that we dont have overpowered personas D:

We'll be using Vampire: The Masquerade, which uses the Storytelling System.

Where is the game going to be set? like a like a landon setting ? full of mystery? are the characters going to be in high school or some sort of academy ? Will there be an objective or are we solving something?

The setting in general is called The (Old) World of Darkness. I'm guessing we'll be leaving the details of the chronicle to our GM, Chantelune. I doubt there'll be high schools or academies, tho.

I believe so, most of us seem to be not-really-familiar with Requiem. I also believe our GM uses Masquerade (anniversary edition).

overall theme of the game you'd like ? Saying a yuri vampire game is all and well, but it's a bit vague to build a game on it. XD

Iirc, Dynasty will only remove it if Yuri Project (or Seven Seas) ask for it. And I think Yuri Project is still translating it.

As for the time, I'm in france myself, so UTC +1. Afternoon in the US should be night for me, might work on a week end for me.

I think week-end is our best option, since we have people from many different time zones.
I'm on UTC -3 myself.

Also, I tend to use the 20th anniversary edition that is a bit more balanced, but eh, should still have my old 3rd ed book. Should just make sure we're all on the same edition there.

Mine is 3rd edition. I may be able to find anniversary edition online, tho.

The ending and future of these characters together is clear.

Not really. The ending can actually go either way, depending on exactly how you read MC (or, as you pointed, "underselled" her or not). This is also a sign of quality. I believe I mentioned that before, but a "clear ending" on this story'd be very weak and unremarkable.

And Ema... I think the girl is suffering from some form of depression. Her sudden mood changes- from carefree and happy to self-loathing- might indicate bipolarity. I get the vibe that she's pretty unhappy deep down.

Depression: maybe, and a mild one at that. There's not enough information to say that tho.

I adore Japanese language, that is why I studied it for 2 years, but sadly had to stop because of finance issues.

I also find it interesting (from the few stuff that I've looked up 'till now)... I hope to some day add it to that list of "known foreign languages".

I wanted to be a japanese translator and spread the goodness of manga in my country, but right now I found new calling. I much more prefer to spread the goodness of yuri all over the world <333
