Sasazuka is the correct spelling. Given the age, that'll probably have to stay as a typo.

The first page of chapter thirty misuses the word "reactionary" pretty badly.

The term originally used was 大反響 which I individually interpreted as "big reaction" (as in her reactions are overexaggerated), but a quick google check interprets this more as "big splash" or "great response" (assumedly as in the character was a big hit with fans). If anyone can reccomend a more fitting term to use, I'll pass it on to the typesetter to see if they can fix it.

Correct. Vol 3 is where we started translating from the Yuri Hime RAWs (although vol3 was out around that time, anons were a lot more hesitant about springing out for the tanks back then.)

Hey, remember when we changed that one chapter from ch26 to 25.5 because it had nothing to do with the chapters preceding and following it? Well, guess what? The newest chapter (translation soon) directly references the previous chapter, currently listed as ch28, as ch29, meaning 25.5 was meant to be ch26 all along. So yeah, we'll need to change numbers 25.5, 26, 27 and 28 to 26, 27, 28 and 29 respectively before the next chapter is typeset.

I guess they forgot to account for the file numbering when the fixes were uploaded. In this instance, the typesetter accidentally named pages 10 onwards as "010" and so forth. It was something I made sure to point out when sending the link for the original, but I guess it slipped the uploader's mind for the fixed version.

Actually, I think it's a nicotine inhaler. You put little nicotine capsules in them. I used one for a while when I tried to quit smoking and I was basically sucking on the damn thing 24/7, just like Miyako's mom.
