Basically it's kinda based on the percentage of sex vs plot. For example, a doujin that's half plot followed by half sex would probably get the Moderate amounts tag, whereas one that gets to the sex right away tends to qualify for Lots of (and the ones that do that but also have a gazillion pages gets the coveted Insane amounts tag)

It was definitely on Mangadex a year ago by a different group. I don't think it got added to Dynasty though, probably cos they couldn't verify the group since it's listed as Unknown. Main difference is that version is a bit more TN heavy.
