If they killed Tsuruno off and saved Mami later on then I think it would make the writing worse off than it is already. I really like to see an alternate story mode told from the POV of the Magius and the Wings of Magius that portrays them more sympathetically instead of the hamfisted Magius are the "bad guys" and Iroha and company are the "good guys" that we got in the game.

Speaking of when they saved Tsuruno in chapter 7, I've been thinking about an alternate version where both normal Tsuruno and Uwasa Tsuruno were separated into different individuals and lived as sisters. I've seen some fanart of it, and based on Tsuruno's personality (and her friends), I don't see why it couldn't happen.

Any guesses on what the next event in NA might be? I just got my Rika to magia level 4 and all I need are six more bunny ear cottons to get her to magia level 5.

I really like that scene where Homura mistakes Rika for Madoka after just fixing her (Homura's) eyes.

Also done with both the magia chips and CC from the event shop. Will farm the remaining stuff (minus the BP potions) in the following days.

While I haven't seen the anime (yet) I do really like this ship although like Yachiyo/Iroha there's still a minor age gap. Felicia is 14, while Tsuruno is 17. Still cute nonetheless since both Felicia and Tsuruno have similar personalities/passions.

Keep in mind that like you said not all people manifest autism in the same way so what I meant to say that by "pretty sure" that it was a strong possibility. Of course the writers could have meant something else entirely or could have not thought that she might be interpreted as having it.

On the the issues of wishes has it ever been said whether or not reviving dead people is possible? If so why didn't Homura simply wish to revive Madoka instead of what happened in the original series?

On an unrelated note, I've almost finished farming event currency to purchase the mats. Will then go on to CC > magia chips (am saving up to get my Moemura her 3rd and eventually her final slot) > books.

I'm not sure I want to trust Kyoani with this given their past record, but I might keep an eye on this.

Well stage 7's given me plenty of Commoner's Horse Wheels in addition to the event currency. Have bought out all the rainbow orbs, the tickets, the ap potions, and the 9 event currency mats, am working on the 20 event currency ones then the 40 followed by the 3 mil CC.

It'd probably even easier with a double (non-Holy) Mami, given her connect has bind with 100% accuracy. Two of them could pretty much stunlock a boss indefinitely without immunity.

Edit: Speaking of Mami, that the NA server's version of her doppel has an additional effect: Skill Surge: All (Reduce coodown on skills) compared to the JP one.

Kind of reminds me what they did in FGO with stun/charm. Against male bosses (in particular male bersekers or sabers) Euryale was one of one of the more popular options given she does a ton of damage to them, stuns them with a 100% chance and decreases their attack. In the right team she could (almost) perpetually stunlock a boss to death. Then there's Merlin with how OP he is too...

So like this game, they don't like it so they give male bosses immunity to charm (although thankfully not the uber damage) and other status effects, bosses invuln pierce so Merlin isn't as good...

Somewhat unrelated to this, but I'm pretty sure Mito has some form of autism given how she thinks she can talk to cats by meowing at them and draws strange creatures out of her imagination.

Well I ended up ditching my plan to get Kanae to 5* and used the rainbow orbs toward Nanaka instead. Now she's level 100 and magia level 2. Am going to need to farm some mats to get her to level 5 magia and doppel. I bought a few formations using my mirror coins that I got from Mirrors ranking. Am farming CQ 7 right now.

Exact same situation happened to me. Or well I'd used both of the support Homura's memoria atk up/def up skills, plus a guaranteed evade connect and thought I was good to go to kill it next turn. Instead it removes buffs and my support Homura had like no health left so she gets obliterated in one hit. My remaining megucas do insignificant damage to the boss so that was that.

Did you try using a magical girl with a taunt memoria? Taunt, ignore defense, endure (similar to FGO's guts) and similar things are not buffs but instead granted effects, which are not removed by any ability that removes buffs.

It's also fairly easy to tell which is a buff an which isn't one: buffs have red icons while granted effects are yellow so there's usually no confusion as to which one is which.

I don't like how they made status effects poison, burn, and curse not as useful as they should be since the damage dealt is capped at 10K regardless of how much health the enemy has. 10K off a 700K enemy for instance is basically worthless compared to what you could do with direct damage.

@Veya: I've see a video of a person beating EX5 using Madoka, two Ultimate Madokas, and what I assume is the Attribute Delta: Light formation. Hopefully I can replicate it to some degree with what I have available.

I'm liking the new event a lot more than Mirrors ranking. It's good to see Mayu, Ria, and Sayuki as friends and both Mayu and Ria helping Sayuki out. Bonus points for Rena and Momoko gushing over Sayuki as well.

I haven't done any of the CQs yet, am probably going to attempt them later today. I've heard the EX CQs have insane difficulty- especially for non-whales like myself.

Fairly good doujin. I liked how Momoko protected Rena from the bullies.

How do you manage to end fights that quickly especially since this game doesn't have memoria that gives starting mp unlike FGO? When I play (and not autobattle) I tend towards slow and methodical dispatching of the enemies. Usually battles last 10+ turns unless it's super easy or something.
