Well, Yuri!!! on Ice says Yuri in the title too and its about male figure skating (i think thats what it's called)

Technically speaking it says Yuuri (Yūri, ユーリ), the translator just didn't write the long vowel

@elevown I wasn't even aware there was a manga. Which chapter should I start on if I don't want to do a recap on what the anime had?

Play Sakura MMO and Sakura MMO 2. The main character gets transported to a game world, and she gets three girls in her harem.
While they are H-Games, they are pretty cute (although they do have bad scenes too, i.e. rape). I especially love all the endings of the second one. It will probably have a third one (since the story isn't finished).

It's 103 °F for her temperature. It's bad, but not serious enough to go to emergency room over it.

Eh. I've had a temperature of 39.3 ℃, it's a higher than Kase's, but close enough. I went to see the doctor for it to get medication, since finding proper medication for high fevers is a bit difficult in my country. But since it's completely free in my country, it's much more common to go to a doctor for small issues such as a cold, a sprain, etc, than in the US (I assume you're from there since you're using Fahrenheit).
