Turns out it's all just an excuse for Edelgard to put a leash on her girlfriend and pretend it's perfectly normal Halloween stuff and not petplay.

And it makes so much sense that Edelgard would have a master/servant kink.

I think she was always insanely strong and fast (she has great abs, after all) but her power level is increased by her desire to protect her tiny wife.

I'm still subscribing to the theory that her family are actually mobsters or something. Not Yakuza, but straight up pinstripes and tommy guns mafioso. And since it's this manga, it's an unusually LGBTQ friendly mob that's not bothered by same-sex relationships one bit.

Depends on who has the harem. It would be super weird if Tadokoro had her own mom in her harem, but Nikaidou would probably be okay with having Tadokoro's hot mom who is totally fine with same sex relationships in her harem.

I like that they're zombies who wear makeup to look human, and then their Halloween costumes are just those horns on top of that.

It's not that sad. She doesn't even know that she's in love with Nikaidou, and seems to have accepted that she's not gonna get close to her. If anything, she's becoming a better person now.
And Nikaidou straight out told her that only one person is allowed to cling to Tadokoro, even if she didn't quite understand what she meant.

Why not, Tadokoro is adorable and has been super nice to her, even when she hasn't deserved it. Now, I don't think she's actually gonna try to get with her, because A: Kirigaya is not really self-aware that she's into girls (yet), and B: even she knows better than to summon the wrath of Nikaidou again.
And as you say, she already has a girl, even if she doesn't realise it yet.

Kirigaya can't go ten seconds without falling in love with whatever girl is in front of her at the moment. More like Kiri-gay-a, amirite.

On this board, unoriginal/uncreative/bad writing is usually code for "they did something that wasn't 100% happy and I don't like it".

Your salt aside, it's more that it's standard for Kamen Riders' powers to be created by the bad guys, and "the hero was actually playing into the bad guy's hand all along" really is a fairly standard twist.

Leonie is cursed to be the straight tomboy who all the thirsty lesbians in the school want, but all she's after is her professor's dad.
