I don't know about the fake dating thing. The two are very clearly into each other so it seems like a weak vehicle to advance their relationship. And fake dating you can do for any sort of pretense reason, you don't really need an alternate world for it ... so it kinda seems like it might "waste" the story idea a bit.

But I really like how she's putting up a front. Very cute indeed =)

Yeah, that's why I added that 2nd line. With the sand castle and the glass and the tray and then her saying that she needs to return it seems clear ... but I wouldn't at all be surprised if there was a twist to it and it would turn out to not be true at all.

Realistically, it'll be teacher x teacher and Kazuki ending up with Kurosawa. I mean, why would that character be introduced if not for this purpose?

But since this is manga it's equally likely that one teacher gets Kazuki and the other one somehow ends up with Kurosawa.

Looks like she periodically has to destroy a bunch of stuff ...
