So happy to see this story here! I've been following it on Mangadex, and it's been delightful. The one on Mangadex I think uses the Pixiv raws, and this looks like it's using the volume raws? If so, I'm curious to see if there are any differences.

Always a good day when we get another chapter of two of my favorite idiots.

Any lesser known manga where relationships are revealed positively? I enjoy things like the one girl now hangs out in the other girls friend group because they are openly together or the love interest is introduced to the parents or sister or brother.

Not sure it's lesser known, since it was on Mangadex's top series for a few weeks, but I rarely hear many people talking about Oshi no Bishoujo ni Kokuhaku sareru Hanashi, and it fits the bill. First chapter confession, they immediately come out to friends and classmates, and the more standoffish girl quickly becomes part of her GF's friend group, as well as making her own gyaru friends.

And it's not a manga, but Love and Be Loved on Webtoons also fits this to a T. The series centers around a geek x jock couple, and their friend group. The jock girl pretty quickly introduces her GF into her friend group, and she soon becomes part of the gang. I think it's really great.

Oof, Rio. Friend-zoned in the closing pages.

Brilliant cross promotion by the author.

Never would have expected them to defeat the monster by giving it an Orgasm, but this series continues to surprise me.

And so Junko winds up facing the greatest form of justice: poetic justice.

I'm kinda confused about Undine. It kidnaps and attacks Sara, and then continues harassing her and the princess, ostensibly because it knows Sara is holding the royal blade and sees her as a threat. But now it acknowledges that it always knew she was never a threat. So then why did it do anything in the first place? What is it trying to accomplish?

More of Nagisa's oblivious flirting. :D

I really like the callback to Nagisa and prez's earlier conversation. That was probably the biggest scene that sold me on this series in the first place; it was so refreshing to actually have a romance series where a character is presented with the classic dilemma of staying friends vs pursuing a romantic relationship, and choosing the romance route without hesitation. And here too, with prez still feeling a bit unsure, Nagisa once again flexes her confidence. I love to see it.

Tsukushi's just given up thinking, and is embracing her worldly desires.

Probably for the best, really.

Anyone have any with supportive friends or family? Gays being gay with people all like aww look so gay

There's a new series that started updating on Mangadex: Oshi no Bishoujo ni Kokuhaku sareru Hanashi that's super sweet and wholesome. First chapter confession, they immediately come out to friends and classmates, and the whole class ships them and are just super supportive in general.

Also, if you haven't already read them, Can't Defy the Lonely Girl and Anemone Is In Heat both feature super supportive friend groups and parents that, while never explicitly confirmed, seem to understand what's going on and are tacitly supportive.

Such a fascinating series. Something is clearly haunting Delphinus; was it there before Aizawa died, (and thus possibly had something to do with her death?) or did it only show up after? And that line about not doing what Honamin did; did she conceal some serious condition, and end up effectively working herself to death?

That full page panel of the ghost hovering over them as they hug was great. I read it as the spirit being purified, at least temporarily, by the compassion they showed for each other, which is actually pretty sweet if so. I think seeing Aizawa's reaction to them showing up at the festival is going to be really telling; if she seems frightened of them, that might be really telling.

Now that your true colors... of a caring, supportive maiden in love and reliable fiancée... have finally bled through, I will drag your foul nature out in the open, witch.

I have no idea why he hates Evris, though he did have a son with a darkness magic affinity, maybe it's related.

I'm curious whether it will end in a "I was wrong, welcome to the family" type of resolution, or a "I wasn't wroooong" while falling in a bottomless hole one.

As much as I usually like wholesome, supportive families, I think this is a case where I'm rooting more for the second option.

Hey, folks! I'm hunting around for any series or oneshots that involve yuri (of course, this is The Sapphic Website) and soccer/football! I did a little perusing of the Sports tag, but didn't find anything, though I didn't look super hard. Thanks in advance, y'all!

The only series I know of that's close is CHUU, which is about Futsal. It's more of a "Cute Girls Doing Cute Things" type series than a romance series though.

Yet another chapter demonstrating that this is one of the coziest series around.

I'm reminded of the saying "The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference".

Kayo seems to have moved on, and be trying to escape Junko, but is that real? Is her recent indifference towards Junko genuine, or a calculated maneuver to get under the other woman's skin? Is Junko really planning to burn everything down in her pursuit of Kayo, or are we building towards Junko being honest about her feelings towards Kayo and possibly becoming a better person? (that last one seems unlikely, IMO, especially given the cover arts)

I'm not sure exactly what Sal Jiang is cooking, and I'm both intrigued and afraid to find out.

Hirose T_T

I'm 100% here for this wholesome angst. It's so good, and that bit at the end with them meeting at the station after the emotional send-off XD

Hopefully Fukami finds a girlfriend of her own

Maybe this is just me wearing my shipping goggles, but I definitely feel there's been some hints of her and that other girl who self-proclaims herself as Kase's rival.

The arc is finally over! (hopefully) This does actually mark a pretty big moment though: I think this is the first time in the entire series that Kase has actually willingly come out to someone. In the first series, it's mentioned that Inoue had to basically drag the details out of her, and even still Kase first introduced Yamada to Inoue as just a "friend". So that's something.

However many pages we have left before they round out current volume though better be pure diabetes-inducing sweetness to make up for the absolute slog that was this arc though. Here's hoping the next one is better, whatever it is.

tbh I enjoyed it more when it was 2 people just being bad against each other and hatesex. but now its like one trying to ruin the other persons life and everyone she's close with, even stalking her in the park at night, while the other one is just starting to enjoy life and maybe find a respectful partner.

This is exactly where I'm at right now too. I adored the start of this series because of the mutual toxicity, but the last couple chapters it's swung into only Junko being awful and that's a lot less fun, IMO. I love Sal Jiang's work so I'm down to let her cook, but I'd by lying if I said I wasn't at least a little concerned ATM.

Did the story really need to have this old guy be this gross? I mean I guess kudos to the creator for doing a solid job conveying how uncomfortable Ciel must have been, because I was certainly uncomfortable reading it.

Junko's expression on page 21 was incredible. Sakakibara is a real one though, covering for Kayo. Feels weird having such a decent character in this series.

Yay, it's back! I love these two toxic ladies. They're just the absolute worst, in the absolute best way.

I thought this was licensed.

It is. I have no idea what Seven Seas is doing, though. The series ended in Japan back in the spring, and while the first English volume came out last year, there was no word on any further volumes until a few weeks back when they updated their site indicating volume 2 is coming out in July of next year, with no word on volume 3 still. I own volume 1, and I'll be grabbing the others whenever they finally release, but the wait has been kind of ridiculous even by normal localization standards. Though at least this is actually getting volume releases, unlike Sal Jiang's other series that's stuck as an exclusive to the Mangaplaza app.

Thanks to the scanlators for bringing us the series while Seven Seas is busy doing who-knows-what!
