I'm more intrigued by (Potential) Future Elsa saying that Evie won't be bothered by the system for a while. I'm curious why that would be, but that also means it is going to come back eventually. The system acted up before when Evie would try to be affectionate with Elsa, but wouldn't prevent Elsa from being affectionate with Evie. So presumably this is a nice chance for Evie to do something without the warning popping up, or it would be if Evie has the guts for it.

What if the "antidote" the witch gave her wasn't actually that, but something that makes Evie invisible to the VS for a short while? It would explain why the witch only decided to do a future "telling" after Evie downed the whole thing, and also why the "antidote" takes so long to take effect: it basically doesn't do jack to the original potion, whose effects are just metabolized away by Evie's body at a normal rate.

By the last panel Xiaoen is sympathetically crying. I love the little touches in this story. The rereading bonus for this chapter is the peach magnet from chapter 8 losing the black magnet (pit) on its back when it fell during Xingyuan's intrusive negative thoughts (pg 4-5).

It was ref magnet! I kept thinking where the hell it came from or if it was just some visual symbolism and not an actual physical object there, like the light bulbs that goes off in people's heads in anime (which totally wouldn't fit the manhwa's style at all). Goodness

hmm, I do wonder because Phis (the fairy) ends up saying "this body is your type and you're in love with "me" anyway right?" after which Sa-Hwa responds with "I love you too Barra" which make me think that Sa-Hwa and Barra had mostly the same feelings towards one another and that Sa-Hwa's wish was something along the lines of wanting to be with Barra in much the same way Barra's wish was to be with Sa-Hwa.

However what I think happened was that Phis essentially promised to grant Sa-Hwa's wish by going "get the fuel for the wish and I'll posses and become Barra for you" while also going over to Barra and going "get the fuel for the wish and you can be with Sa-Hwa"

Going along with this interpretation this story is pretty tragic all in all, but then again I don't think either Sa-Hwa or Barra were really the type to care for the small details anyway and "Barra" and Sa-Hwa get to be together so you can't say they didn't get what they wanted.

I agree. That's why I didn't like the ending much. Imagine if Sa-hwa and the real Barra were to get together instead, they'd be the best pest control experts ever hahaha
But this Sa-hwa + Barra/Phis combo might achieve more creative things with Phis' capacity for mind games.

Yea, it seems there's another one with a same premise. I feel like I have read that before, but cannot remember the titile.
Also, the magazine volume under the title tells "yuri hime 2022.12", it's this month's edition.
