Hell yeah, can't wait for the epic Stand Rushes and hour-long screaming, especially since it's a light novel, where it's very detailed lol.
But in all seriousness, I hope there's an actual confrontation between Adachi and Tarumi and if not, hopefully they will at least know of each other, because I think their reactions would be pretty interesting. Oh, and Shimamura should also be involved lol.

It's kind of surreal reading these chapters where you get a drama, tension-filled story whenever it's Kanda's point of view, but then pure comedy whenever it's Ookuma's point of view.

I know. I know! This is the greatest thing about this manga, the constant switching between the two different perspective streams — showing us how the repeated misunderstandings and miscommunications give them two completely different views of what's going on between them.

I wish people would take the time to appreciate this narrative finesse, instead of doggedly preaching politically correct "solutions" that woud break the pivot dynamics of the story.

I'm only at chapter 6 right now, but I wanted to comment that I think, that the comedy in this manga is really well done, every joke made me laugh like a maniac lol.

The second chapter absolutely made my week! So much happening and so many cute and interesting little moments and finally we got to know Shimamura's thoughts on the Adachi-Breakdown-thing, which was also nice.

Wow, that was an amazing and emotional ending to this first half of the summer-break-arc (the drawing is freaking beautiful). Had me on the edge of my seat, because I always get so invested in what Adachi has to say (or think, or shout lol), and I think that she is the best character in this novel, she just feels so real, while also being exaggerated, hard to describe.

Now I'm really interested in Shimamura's point of view, I mean she can't possibly just shrug everything after the festival off, can she? And Taru's opinion on this could also be pretty interesting.

Also the side stories give me life, Shou and Yashiro are just so cute and innocent and Hino + Nagafuji is what AdaShima is supposed to be lol (but that's also what I like about "Adachi to Shimamura", it's going on forever, but still manages to not get boring imo).

So hyped for the next volume (and also hyped for the first volume releasing in my country this year, can't wait to buy it)!

This was an amazing chapter! I really liked how much happened in a single day and I had to laugh out loud at the fan and at the "Glance." part lol. It was a rollercoaster of emotions again. Keep fighting, Adachi! (and Shimamura too, if that makes sense lol)
Seriously, not a single chapter of this LN has been boring so far, it's always either beautifully written, has some funny jokes, some interesting characterization or just some great (heartwarming or kinda dramatic) dialogue! Thanks to the author and the translator for letting this great piece of art exist here!
