When is the suffering going to end? It was getting so sad so I put this manga on hold for several months only for me to suffer again after checking the recent chapters.

Thanks sneikk and team! This chapter really did cheer me up as I am on quarantine for 2 weeks now and I still need to stay at home for 20 more days, it's driving me crazy.

What a great chapters. Tarumi's attacks were strong but our Adachi won't simply back down when it comes to Shimamura. ❤
Their phone call scene was very cute and Shimamura's making Adachi fall for her even harder, it's almost a sin. I know that the confession we've been waiting for is very near so I'm really looking forward to it! Reading that after staying at home for more than a month will be the best reward.

I need some more AdaShima in my life, I need my fix man.

Yeah I agree. Shimamura is very interesting, charming and challenging. If I am in this novel, the genre would be harem as I would be chasing after her too.

Why would you even want Adachi x Tarumi? The heart of this novel is Shimamura. I mean, who wouldn't want her? Come on, people. Lol

Yes please. I miss Shimamura so much.

I mean, even before this whole blowup/makeup, Shimamura's been growing visibly fonder of Adachi for a while, even in her own perspective. Remember how the last volume ended with her just gazing fondly at Adachi during idle moments in class and monologuing to herself about how much she likes looking at Adachi? Or all the times she's straight up said how much she likes using Adachi as a lap pillow? Or how she'll be thinking about Adachi when Tarumi's trying to take her on a date? Shimamura's spacy and distant and odd in some ways, but it's clear that she's fond of Adachi in a way that she isn't with other people.

The problem with Shimamura is that in one chapter, she seems so fond of Adachi (like the ending of last volume) but then she immediately reverts back to being uncaring in the next chapter. There is no consistency on her side, that's why we still see it as one sided.

"i might've thought there was a lil' cheatin" is the most shimizu way of phrasing that

Also, so glad they didn't drag the drama and gave us what we want instead.

On their wedding day: "Wait, when did I agree to get married? Oh well, calling it off now sounds troublesome."

"Don't have sex with me without asking, Adachi."
"Shimamura, can we... Have sex?"
"You really want to, huh? Well, sure, I guess."

Meanwhile, Adachi still wonders if Shimamura actually cares about her.

I am not sure about this. I have a strong feeling that Shimamura will be the aggressive one once they're in a relationship. She's a top, I bet. Lol

I feel like if the confession was to happen in an Adachi chapter, all we'd get for Shimamura's reaction would be a "Wow, cool".

One thing I'm hoping for long term is for a little crossover in the side stories. Like it would be just delightful to have a scene of the other girls talking about just what is the deal with adachi and shinamura exactly. Or for shinamura to start noticing that her little sister is acting a lot like someone with a crush and what her reaction to that would be.

Or for Shimamura to love Adachi.

I definitely got the impression that Shimamura's been quietly freaking out ever since the phone call and trying to act like she's not.

I want to believe this. Or that she just didn't quite hear all of Adachi's rant. For all we know, most of Adachi's rants could be mainly on her head only and that she's just blurting out nonsense in the call. Well, I don't know. These are just the stuffs I want to believe. Cause otherwise, it will make Shimamura the weirdest character here, like she would be fine if someone straight up stalk her or something.

I'm a bit confused. Hmm, but I trust my girl. Yeah, I shall wait for Shimamura's POV for now.

I think it was suposs to be a what if situation as Adachi and Shimamura never encounter each other before the high school.

I think it was a different person and not Shimamura. Chapter 1 of Volume 4 is not a what-if scenario. Right?

So, I went to animate Ikebukuro and bought lots of Adashima stuffs (almost all the kind of merch they have, yeah that's just how I love this series), including the LNs, and well duh, I didn't understand a thing, but in volume 5, chapter 5, i think they reconciled immediately as there was an illustration with the two of them five or six pages after the chapter started. So there goes my worries. Still, looking at the raws just made me hundred more times excited about the translation of next chapters. Also, this may not be the right thread to share this but please let me. I was really surprised that there weren't many Adashima goods in Akihabara, Shibuya,etc. It took me 1 day, 30K steps until I found that damn Adashima calendar in Ikebukuro. What is more frustrating is that my hotel room is located in Ikebukuro, and I decided to check that area last, lol. I was so happy that I found the calendar that I decided to buy the other available adashima merchs too. Hope that there will be more stuff once the anime aired, since this is a really good series.

I'm totally sure more will come out as the anime gets super popular!
