I see chapter 3's couple as a pitiful future. One who will do anything to keep the one she loves by her side, knowing that the longer she continues to do this the more and more twisted her original feelings will become. It's the knowing that you can have everything about that person, except the one thing you're longing for the most, that type of emptiness really isn't worth what you get from the relationship.
And the other, who will atone for not being able to return the feelings that the other one has. She must believe it to be her greatest sin, great enough that she can throw away everything to repay it; her happiness, her future, even potentially her love, if ever she finds it.
This couple feels like they'll be together for a long time. Falling deeper into the abyss, knowing that they should end this pitiful, toxic relationship, but just can't extricate themselves from it.
Been there. Done that. I would not recommend it. It leaves a twisted aching hole in you and far too much scar tissue to ever heal properly or fill with real untainted love.
Yeah, I think at least one of those girls has got to, run away. She got to, get away.
I think any story with either the Sequel or the Prequel tags should have some kind of link to the related story.
Oops, I always mean to post the prequel here and then it slips my mind...there's not an easy way of doing what you want technically, but I share your desire for a system like that.
Could you put them in a group, like a two chapter story?
They’re in a Group, the collection tropical girls.
Is it me or this artist has same face syndrome? I thought the short hair girl was in the last 3 stories of theirs as well.
Same face syndrome is only a problem if you can’t tell the characters in one story apart from each other, besides isn’t all this the artist just fucking around on twitter?
Imagine accidentally grabbing somebody's arm, then when you go to the bathroom they RUN after you, pin you against the wall, tell you they like your eyes, tell you they're gay, then exchange numbers with you.
That credits page just taunts me that I still don’t have Nian, I’ve pulled Mr. Means nothing to me 3 times, Dusk twice, Saga once, and Nian nonce. Please Nian, come home, I’m begging you I’m on my knees~
Anyways, I can see why the translation is kinda weird and turned into Reverse male lead, I’m trying to find a sequence of words to concisely say it and I’ve gone nothing good but Female Male Lead
I think it’s chill if they don’t end together but like rip Shima’s love life, every girl she dates is just gonna assume she has a hopeless crush on her roommate whether or not it’s true
God, my heart is melting. Tongtong's relationship with her mother may very well be the greatest parent/child dynamic I've ever seen. It is such a breath of fresh air to see how Tongtong isn't afraid of being open about her sexuality with her mom, and how her mom is fully supportive and willing to help her through her journey of self-discovery. It makes me want to strive for that kind of connection with my own children, should I ever become a parent myself.
I'm the same.
Seeing Tongtong happy and humming to herself—because her mom will help her and she's certain that her mom can make anything happen—fills my heart to the brim with warm and fuzzy feelings. <3 <3 <3
On another note, that guy who said to an obviously plastered woman "How about I buy you some more drinks to sober you up?" needs a hard kick to the balls. ◣_◢
I read that as a “hair of the dog” thing cause the mom seemed in control of the situation but I could be wrong
