I find Japanese students are really weird. At this point it's a common thing for any foreigners watching anime, but it's hard to understand how can the students in a class never know literally everything in school, like their classmates name or like in this one, what other people are talking about you. In my country, even though we are not close, in class we still talk to each other or at least remember their name. It's ironic that anime protagonists always say they care about and will protect their friends and family, but not people who isn't close to them. Is it just fiction or it's a real thing in Japanese society?

Iirc, Japanese students change their class every year so it's kinda understandable that they don't remember all their classmate's names when they only have like...1 year(?) to know and befriend others
There's a guy in my class who forgot a classmate's name, even though they've stayed in the same class for almost 3 years. They just don't talk to each other much. This kind of things do happen irl, not just in fiction or in Japan. I know it sounds a bit weird, but some people are just like that lol

Ritsuka still goes to the library to study with her friends as a group, even though her goal and what she studies are different from that of her friends. It's a little detail, but still pretty cute and warmed my heart. They really are close :^)

The fact that this kind of parents actually exist in real life makes me sad. Those parents only realise their own mistakes when their kid become depressed or suicide, which is already way too late.

I wish I had known Natomo sooner. I really love the art style, the gentle vibe and how they portray grown up Eli and Nozomi, totally not OOC in my opinion.
The quality of this doujin is so great. Even though I ship NozoEli more on a romantic side, something like this, a dubious relationship but both of them still know that they treasure and care for each other a lot is still nice.

So even a yuri otaku can become an useless lesbian...

I don't know about other places, but in my place and from personal experience, as a girl,it's easier to say you like some famous 2D male characters than like cute 2D girls. If you are a girl and like Gojou Satoru or Loid Forger, you're still considered as "normal", not a weeb or otaku. BL stuff is kinda the same too, I think. Some people think that for a girl, liking BL and fangirling about handsome guys is more common and "normal" than shipping or liking cute 2D girls

I love how Matsuri and Miss Sunflower actually take their time to get to know each other, how they cherish and care for each other, how warm and gentle their relationship is. This manga has done a pretty good job of keeping its slow and relaxed pacing, while developing main character's relationship slowly and steadily.
It's been a pretty long, but nice and wholesome journey. Since chapter 1, Matsuri and Miss Sunflower really have come a long way...

^Well, it IS dark, but it isn't that brutal. There isn't any rape, murder,...Just bullying, suicide, child abuse and child abandonment. The worst part is that most characters who suffered a lot are kids.

I don't like this oneshot as much as the prequel, probably because I don't understand what Midou is thinking and she feels more "human" in the prequel than this one. Miku is still interesting though.
Nonetheless, this is still a decent and enjoyable oneshot. Yorumo's art is gorgeous as usual.

4 years has passed since the first time I read this doujin and today, it still remains as the oneshot I like the most
Shinoasa will forever be my favourite manga author. Just can't get enough of her style in SoL oneshot

I've been so into this ship these days that it hurts. Staff, please, give the vice prez a proper name :(

This manga has so much potential to be a nice, relaxed manga while having some drama elements. The pacing in volume 1 and volume 2 is quite fine, but from the end of volume 2 to volume 3, everything is just going downhill. I can't even enjoy the sweet moment of Takkun and Yozora.
What a shame though since I really like characters and their interaction, and I do find humourous scenes interesting and enjoyable.
