Well, isn't this one even nicer now that it's completed? I like the way it's just easy-going and thre only kinda real drama is in the way the last couple's girls are seem by their classmates(one is a push-over because she's shy and the other is "scary" just because she shoves some truths in people's faces), but that's too little to make a difference in their lives, as I see it.

That last panel made me legitimately crack up for the first time in a long while lol. I mean, it wasn't super funny by itself, but it was a huge blow on the way the story seemed to be unfolding. I believe that's really what all good comedy comes down to, though.

Yeah, that's why I said that, because knowing that it's easy to spot, but if I didn't actually know Hayate's personality, I'd say that line really sounded like those were her true feelings, you know? Maybe that's just me overthinking it, but if not for the ~ in the end of the sentence, it would have done a really good job of hiding her teasing.

I'm glad Mimika found a trick to not die from cute but sooner or later Yuzumori will want some affection more than what they've had before. Especially since the whole "unbearably scary" moment there. She'll probably want more physical affection to counter that fear. Maybe not kisses but at the very least she'll wanna do cuddling and stuff I think.

Especially since despite acting grown-up, she is still a kid, a still probably lonely because of absent parents.

What's the flashback about? kinda interested, but not gonna watch it (definetely not a fan of idol anime).
