If it's for yuri alone, you can skip it. It's not really yuri, it's more like subtext and even that it's between the MC. Also yes kiss is not really romantic more like teasing because of the story.

It wasn't really teasing. Suishou (the one with the shadowy face) kissed Kuon as a means to an end. She used it to plant thoughts in Kuon's mind.
And unless you really dislike magic and mechs, I would recommend you watch it even if it doesn't go full on yuri (which it might; it still has 4 more episodes to go (probably), so there's time)

somehow the cliche of psychic powers being the answer to everything feels more fresh then like 99% of Isekai stories.

Is this really an isekai story though? E.g. no RPG tropes, the alternate universes are very similar (and not constructed), small cast, and not a light novel. I'd say this is just the more general sort of portal fantasy plot. It's also focused on a supernatural investigation (in addition to romance) without much diversion, which is also pretty uncommon in isekai in my experience.

Isekai just means other world. While the other world is usually a fantasy world, nothing says that it can't be just an alternative version of our world. The setting is different enough from the original world for me to count this as isekai.

I love the idea that these two started dating each other because they couldn't be with the people they originally had feelings for (I like to think that ChikaYou and YohaMaru are unrequited), but as they're fake dating they end up falling for each other accidentally.

Two girls dating is totally possible so go date that girl!

There's no reason to get ahead of ourselves on the possibility of romance--the story isn't.

When a good writer seems to have things well in hand, I'm inclined to just let it roll without putting too many expectations on the ultimate outcome.

Appealing characters, grown-up writing, attention to detail, nice pacing on the episodes--steady as she goes, as far as I'm concerned.

I personally wasn't actually putting expectations for the outcome. Rather, when this series started, I wanted to see these two fall for each other in the end, with Midori getting over her old love, so that she doesn't see Haru as Tsumugi. But now, I wish to see these two to grow as a family, and if the series keeps going the same way as it has, my initial desire to see them as a couple in the end will probably disappear and I'll probably end up disliking if that's how the series will end.

For now though, I wouldn't in any way mind them falling for each other.

The more this goes on, the less I want them to end up together.

So first she steals Sayaka's love interest, then she tries to go for Madoka's too. Soon she'll have her own harem
