I love the idea of drinking pineapple jello out of a juicebox. It's just so funny.

I must admit that Asian snacks/snack drinks sometimes look unutterably appealing on TV, even though I expect that few of them would actually live up to expectations.

For a while I would watch Kdramas and get a craving for strawberry milk or banana milk. But even though both are available in the US I've never tried either for fear of disappointment. (And I'd never make it home because then it wouldn't be Korean.)

I used to drink strawberry and banana milk a lot in school as a teen. 's good stuff. One of those things where you could easily make it yourself but somehow it just never tastes like the stuff you can buy. Got that specific "processed food" quality to it that sometimes is just so comforting xD

So nothing groundbreaking for sure but tasty nonetheless~ Doubt the stuff we got here in Germany would be vastly different in taste from some anywhere else either really

thing is, she's not even technically wrong in saying "Yuri is namely a scenario for stories", bc it is. Yuri, as a genre, especially historically, is a stripped, abstracted form of lesbian love and specifically with all the Class S stuff has very little to do with real, queer relationships.
Of course going from that to "ergo, lesbians aren't real" is a completely nonsensical leap, but we all know that.

It'd be one heck of a curveball if that's actually where she was going with that though (if the series wants to go real deep in the commentary side of things)

What are the chances that the original will be picked up again by scanlators? :(

I've been thinking about doing it, crosstranslating it with the Japanese raws and the German release as a supplement but there is no digital version of the German one and I haven't been able to find any scans of it yet either.
Maybe once I have some spare money to buy the physical volumes (or if my Japanese gets good enough first xD)
