I downloaded bloom into you 3 chapters and once again got the msg "you ve reached limit of 8 downloads". But I only downloaded 3 ...

Did you have any trouble with downloading the files? It counts every time you attempt to download something, so multiple attempts or accidental clicks on the same chapter still each count towards the limit.

In any case, if Bloom Into You is specifically what you want, you'll have an easier time going to the scanlator's page and using the Mediafire folder listed as their site (and I recommend taking a look at scanlator sites in general for downloads as you can at times avoid using up your Dynasty download limit).
