P.s Is there even really a line there?

I started googling palm reading lines, then decided that it was very much like voluntarily infecting myself with cancer, so I stopped.

But apparently some people have a line there.

The only thing that bugs me is that they believe in astrology

It's what Japanese highschool girls do, by manga definition, aside from being gay.

Aria doesn't seem to surprised by that "burglar". Going by his dialogue, they definitely know each other - he's most likely a vampire too, which is probably why Aria's so ready to bash his head in. He wasn't expecting her to be so violent so quickly, though, which is weird when he opened up with "Back for more, I see". This burglar also appears to be Japanese, unlike Aria.

I'd think he was a ghoul/blood doll/etc, if those existed in this setting. He thinks she wants more blood, aka "back for more". She disguises that she knows him and probably has asked him or deliberately cooperated with him in snooping around by immediately attacking, thus preventing him from spilling any beans.

Although he did spill his brains. #badumtiss

HIKAGE VS YURIKA. WHO WILL WIN?

I get it now, she's basically an older Bocchi.
Having your childhood friend said "I don't want to be friends" turns you into a chick magnet, apparently.

I think Yurika and Bocchi had a love child. The result: Hikage

This might sound stupid, but who are Yurika and Bocchi?

The protagonists of Yurika's Campus Life and It's Not My Fault That I'm Not Popular!, respectively.

Yurika is from yuricam, but surely the Bocchi refers to Hitoribocchi no OO Seikatsu and her anxiety issues ...

How she still managed to keep her virginity intact is simply amazing.

I wouldn't exactly bet on her always having gotten away clean ... ^^

Yuri on Ice ^^

Photography is too popular for nobody to join that club, especially if it's a successful one. Bet the senpai was found out to be a lizard person (or possible gay) and thus got shunned by everyone.

and the mom doing her best to avoid it

Well. If she really had wanted to, I think she could have come up with more distancing solutions than "alright, we can sleep in that bed together" or "some kissing is fine" or ... ^^

What I never get about Korean comics is how their art style is verynearlyalways so exactly like that of all other Korean comics. Is there, like, ONE art school in the country and everyone has to draw exactly that style? ^^;

Can't say i disagree, but lgbt+ content with trashy power dynamics but without actual rape>>>rape fantasy hetero stuff, no? Maybe that's just me...

Naw, I agree, but from what I gather these "modern" takes on abducted damsels and so on are maybe Stockholme-ish but not "actual rape". Well, some might argue the thin line between those but let's not get too technical about what's ultimately trashy fantasies anyway ...

And, much as I'm rolling my eyes at them, and I'm somewhat exasperated at them choking out the literary market basically, I am an advocate of "anything goes as long as it's fiction", so. I have to accept the good insanity with the bad ^^

I thought those were only liked by stay-at-home bored ass moms and teen girls with no life in the seventies? Do people still like them in 21st Century?...I am actually worried about mental sanctity of straight women.

Not like LGBT fiction is above these themes. The ice queen boss and her intern, or the alpha-werewolf and her omega, or ...

Also, MM fiction tends to be the equivalent of yaoi fanfiction, and FF loves it generic and bland A-meets-B romances to death.

Ach, romances. Shit no matter whom they cater to. ^^

For the same reason people like "Abducted by the Highlander" (include glossy naked-chest dude cover) and "Taken by the Billionaire" (include suave dude in a suit on the cover) garbage?

I tend to like vamps if they work as a good mix of sex, violence, and power, and the author plays around with it. They need to be different enough from humans so there's a point to them not being human, but if they are just a scary monster they are boring too, as that could be anything else as well (a shark, for example ^^). Something that struggles between those two options works best for me.

Obviously that's basically never a theme in vamp romances ^^

Author aside, I've not once read anything with lesbian vampires that wasn't seriously flawed in some way. The novels in particular are basically all garbage of the worst kind.

Oh well. Once more into the breach ...

Maybe Setsu will finally become a real oddman herself; being a headless zombie or a dullahan or something.

... I'm fairly sure she'll just randomly revive, but I think it'd be kinda fun if her head stayed detachable. The possibilities ... :x

No, that is a huge coincidence. Yes, all possible universes exist, so there would be an infinite number of them, but the odds of randomly ending up in one, if it were random, are infinitesimal.

No, it's not. First of all, ending up in any other universe is equally infinitesimally likely. And secondly and more importantly, there'd be infinite universes where she indeed did end up elsewhere. We'd just look at the one relevant to this story, so this is just selection bias ^^

If the many-worlds-theory holds true then a universe were history diverged massively in one aspect but otherwise stayed remarkably similar isn't a huge coincidence, it's a given, as all possible universes exist. In fact there'd be an infinite amount of them so-close-but-not-quite-our universe ... ^^

... but short form here is that they must've been getting pretty desperate by that point as most of the female population would have been fast approaching (or was already past) menopause...

Hypothetically they might have enough viable sperm frozen up somewhere that they could continue to give birth to new daughters for a while, bridging the gap so to speak. Admittedly, in our world that technology only started being used the 1950s or so, but given the circumstances it might have popped up early ...
