Actually, if you still have a regular landline phone provider, then a functioning rotary phone will work just fine even today, by plugging it into the phone jack. The issue is that most people just don't anymore bc phone usually comes together with internet nowadays.
But it's not a stretch to assume that Himawari-san never updated any contracts and stuff, so naturally she'd still have a separate landline phone contract to go with her oldschool phone.

This is one of those "system isekai" ones that are so prevalent in Chinese fiction that they don't even bother explaining them anymore, right? I remember someone mentioning stuff about that at some point, possibly in the thread for "Please Bully me, Miss Villainess".

So, Agu tells us that Aya indeed realized that Onii-san and Koga are one and the same.

No need to search for other interpretations.

As a Hu Tao main, i personally love Yoimiya. She's my favorite bow character and the only one i'd ever consider playing as a main dps (bc i just don't jive with the usual stop'n'charge playstyle).
