Well I did the roll like you said and got: Earthspirit, Fang, Cuora, Scavenger, Zima, Kroos, Vanilla, Myrrh, Siege, and a dupe of Scavenger.

Well I just started the game tonight. I probably won't make this a main game like FGO but I'll log in and do stuff when I feel like it. I picked the name Altina from Cold Steel series for my Doctor's name.

Edit: My first tutorial roll got a cute medic girl (Perfumer). Not sure she's any good though.

Thanks but no thanks. Magical girls (especially limited ones) in Magia Record aren't as useful with only one slot unlike NP levels in FGO where most servants are perfectly usable with only one copy- In particular SRs and SSRs... although having higher NP levels does help with challenge quests. That and unless you're paying for me I don't have money to waste gambling on stuff that doesn't matter nor gives a guaranteed outcome.

@Veya How did you get caught up that fast with a low leveled team? From what I remember NA with a ton of high leveled units was still super hard during the later chapters. Especially considering that JP doesn't give out as much free stamina as NA did or so I heard.

I'm assuming these "bags" require paid gems and not free ones? If so won't that mean being slapped with a foreign transaction fee?

Interesting enough both Marie and Elizabeth Bathory were one of my starting servants when I joined in December of 2018. I don't use Marie that often now since I got Ishtar (Rider) last year but I do bring her out on occasions. Now at 80+ missions done. Have done all of the EX Levels once. Have to repeat a few to get the 15 Shadow Servants mission done otherwise I'm sticking with A-level free quests as most of them are one or at most two types of enemies. Also dumped some of my saved Caster XP cards from the last 1/2 AP ember gathering into Iri. Got her to her third ascension.

Edit: On an unrelated note, it seems FGO will be pretty busy for a while with last year's Halloween event, this year's Halloween event, Gil fest, last year's Christmas event, this year's Christmas event, and Lostbelt 3 coming out in the following months.

Edit: Am done with all of the missions until Sunday (the 6th) have cleared a majority of the shop already except for the some of the pieces and monuments and some mana prisms. I should be able to clear or at least do a large dent in the remaining shop items with only natural ap.

@Rye I just finished Death End Re;Quest 2 and have good news. Mai and Rottie are shown together holding hands during the epiolgue of the game. That and during the fallen ending where Rottie is killed by the leader of an evil cult who was trying to summon a powerful demon she (Mai) kills all of the cultists and implies everyone else living as her love interest (Rottie) that was keeping Mai and now the demon inside Mai in check is no longer there.

I'm very skeptical of the authenticity of the person who's making the claims here. Since the user names are censored out on the screenshot of the post and there's no link to where it was originally posted I cannot verify if it's in fact true or not (I find it unreasonable to think that only 5 people gave a majority of the funds to this game). As far as I know it could be a person spewing lies and speculation. I mean sure Whales do make the majority of the money that F2P games like Magia Record make, however...

Almost done with half of the missions myself. Am grinding some more missions to get to the next story segment. I ended up getting Diarmuid Saber anyway after I got mad at Marie eating my tickets without showing up. :( Thankfully I have Rider Marie, but I really wanted my lily (lesbian) caster to come home too. Also today I grailed my MHXX to 85. Am going to get her to at least level 90 maybe even 100 and 10/10/10 (not soon though since I still need to work on Iri and Martha Ruler) since she's already NP5...

Well once I got those Archer pieces I was able to get my Jeanne Archer from 60 -> 90 with the almost 200 4* Archer XP cards that I got from the half ap dailies. Getting a bunch of super/great successes also helped as well.

PS How are you doing Mission wise for the current event? I'm almost at 40 missions done myself. Having 5 of the ones that grant bonus for opposite classes sure helps to. Speaking of opposite classes Mash gains bonuses to all classes so it's better to use that one than the one from the event shop if you have it. Angra Mainyu (he's on my All Slot) also gains an inherent bonus for the event even without CEs.

Looking back now it seems like there was signs that Aniplex had given up on this game much earlier than it was announced. First they moved up Yachiyo and Iroha unit. They then skipped the login story since it wouldn't matter since the decision was already made. Frankly if they had run this game like Fate/Grand Order instead of rushing it people probably would not have gotten burned out. People asked them to slow down but they ignored the requests so...

I can't read any Japanese so for me to join the Japanese server would be pointless especially with story/text heavy games like this. Not to mention that unless they decide to add Ashley, I won't get to use one of my favorite units either.

Just got to chapter 4 of 10 and boy is it even more relevant now. During another cutscene Rottie ends up falling down a pinning Mai on her bed. Not only is there Mai and Rottie but several of the side characters are also involved in same sex relationships as well. I'm waiting for the fanfic with Mai and Rottie's science baby daughter to be written. Heck I might even try writing it... although whether or not it's any good writing quality wise or not is another matter entirely.

If you think about it the Fate series is probably one of the biggest "collaborations" out there since it has so many religious, mythical, and historical figures interacting in one big shared environment.

On the note with this game right now I'm sort of thinking it would have been better if I had never started playing in the first place.

Just started Death End Request 2 today and so far it's pretty yuri friendly. The protagonist Mai has gone to the starting town after she kills her evil father in self defense. She then meets Rottie who seems to have a crush on her. She (Rottie) even calls Mai cute and flirts with her often. During a cutscene Rottie gets in bed with Mai too. Overall I'm really liking it so far.

Not really with the Saber version. I have enough good sabers (Sigurd, NP3 Nero, Nero Bride, Suzuka Gozen, Caesar, Knight Ellie...) that I don't need any more Sabers. That and I want to save up for some more of the servants I like such as Sitonai. Also while she's not coming out for a while, I'd really like Sei Shōnagon as she's super cute plus has a relationship with Murasaki Shikibu which is also a plus.

I was more talking to riverFlower which I thought people would know by directly replying under him(?). Regardless FGO's events and interludes more than make me want to keep playing. That and there's a ton of servants in the game so there's bound to be at least one that you like whether or not it's for character design, voice acting, story/lore, gameplay/meta value... Also this will probably never happen, but would you (Veya) join if they added Madoka characters into FGO? I'd roll on Homura or Madoka if either of them were added to the game.

You can always join Fate/Grand Order then. Unlike Magia Record, that game seems to routinely make tons of money and has a huge (paying) user base unlike this game. PS. If you do decide to join I have an account with a ton of SSRs on my support list. User ID is 312,514,352: Touka Satomi. Arknights seems to also be a newish popular game that you might want to try.

Kind of interesting that Dynasty does not support the usage of emojis in text. If you try to enter them it cuts off not only the emoji but any text appearing after the emoji.

Still it's making me skeptical of Aniplex's Fate/Grand Order even though I know it's less likely to be shutdown anytime soon.

Is now a good time to join Arknights since Aniplex is killing off Magia Record?

I don't want Diarmuid though not a cute girl. Besides I already have Angra Mainyu for the next event.
