Yamashita was taken back to that old self of hers (emotionally), finding herself in a somewhat similar situation. However, this time Takahashi was there.
Figuratively speaking, the present day Yamashita was standing next to that child and saying "guess we are the same huh"/"Oh, so I'm still you...", but Takahashi joined the picture, showing both of these versions of Yamashita a different way of looking at stuff. So, to her, it's like this old-self got to meet Takahashi briefly.

It's like Yamashita was in that mental space alone where only her and her old self stood — with her memories manifesting themselves as the child. wlftchtr82 created an account only to call for our forumites to leave Dynasty and go to his Discord server. He also made a sock account, trikotri, to voice support for himself. Maybe he made more: trikotri is the one obvious sock, you just have to take a look at the posting history to realize it, but there are others very recent accounts (all created in the last weeks) that have been playing chorus to wlftchtr82 and may be socks too.
H A U S warned us about wlftchtr82 and "his" spin campaign, to which wlftchtr82 replied with insults and claimed to identify with the pronouns she/her. However, in his hurry, he messed up and posted the message as trikotri... with the hilarious result that we now have at the top of the page the post by H A U S talking about wlftchtr82 and immediately after that the post by trikotri replying "how dare you talk about me like that" which truly is worthy of a laughing gif. XD

Oh i started listening to a lot of Death, Black and Doom metal. When i was younger people would always say that tastes in music will change (guess its the early, its not a phase mum). I found that it expands instead, i still listen to 80's soft/classic rock, grunge/alt and metal as well as a lot of more ambient or folk works that i got into a lot later.

It's good to see younger people get into older stuff and even better to see it portrayed in Manga like this.

Yeah, as I said once, I think the internet is a blessing on this aspect. If facilitates a lot for us young people to get to know genres outside of what is currently popular. And that is B E A U T I F U L. I will forever thank Arai-sensei for bringing this to a storyline because I don't see it mentioned very often — even young people seem to ignore that privilege.

Oh and you like Death Metal? I'm more of a Hard Rock type of gal but as a brazilian I know of Sepultura, and am extremely proud when I see metal fans mention it. Have you heard of them?

Also, it's cool to see how uncle-san's design changed. He looks more like a rocker and someone who would influence Mitsuki's style. Uncle-san on the concept art looks too much like a square next to the actual one.

I don't see it as bad compared to discord, I just created the server because someone asked if there was one. I wanna make friends lol. The server is an excuse. You don't have to join, and if it flops I'm super ok with it.

Two-person love triangles are pretty fun when they have to decide which one they like more. If Aya falls for Mitsuki in her school persona and Mitsuki in her record store persona, that's the kind of drama I would be all for.

There's basically 0,00% chance of Aya falling for school-persona Mitsuki. She's doesn't fit her preference at all. The only doki moment they had was when Aya for a very short instant thought she saw on her schoolmate a shadow of the hunky handsome guy she's head over heels for.

I honestly hope that Aya starts suspecting on her own, without Mitsuki saying a thing. I mean, she kinda brought it on herself for thinking it’s a dude when perhaps the voice could give it away. Her side of the story will be about finding out that gender doesn’t matter to her (she fell for an androgynous looking person and personality other than exclusively because she thought it was a guy), if we consider that this manga will go full yuri.

I just want her to start suspecting that this nerdy girl next to her holds some pretty strong similarities to her crush (mole, a bunch of holes in her ear that mean she wears piercings, a suspicious band covering her arm — an accidental tattoo reveal would be fun).

Anyways, there are SO MANY WAYS this story could unfold and I honestly am agonizing over the fact we only get 4 pages per week lol

I find this whole "is it deception" discussion particularly silly considering the two have barely talked with each other since the confusion started. Even if you take for a fact one should always reveal personal information about themselves to those you are casually flirting with (a problematic assumption as other posters already explained), what is situation here? A teenager was dishonest? Is that really that big of a deal? Even if you consider what Mitsuki is doing to be a Bad Thing(tm), so what? It relatively innocuous considering the scale of their relationship so far. They aren't even dating, they are barely friends. If one lie to a stranger that might be "bad", but as long as the lie is not damaging most people will frankly not care, and that is the situation of the story as of right now.

I wonder how Mitsuki will break it to Aya that she's not a boy and how Aya will react.
But seeing Mitsuki's fear of being out casted, it'll take a while for her to clear up the misunderstanding I guess. Or maybe a random surge of courage will become her drive to suddenly blurt out the misunderstanding..

Ahhh, or maybe the few next chapters are them but in school? I mean, Aya found some "similarities" between school Mitsuki and Working Mitsuki, would she play the smart girl and figure it out on her own? Or would Mitsuki let go of her fears and tell her first??
Aahhh! Or maybe they meet up, Mitsuki's intention to clear up the misunderstanding and Aya's intention to ask "the question", then they happen to talk at the same time and the awkward "ah, you go first-" "No it's fine, you go" troupe comes in and they both laugh dispelling the tense atmosphere between them.

Argh but this could also go into the angsty route where Mitsuki suffers from not clearing the misunderstanding as they keep growing closer, then something happens that makes Mitsuki confess she's a girl and after that Aya gets heartbroken from having had her first love be "illusion" all along. Then they slowly drift apart but one day crosses paths once more in school. Then another story pops out of this encounter.
