The art wasn't bad but they were mixing western comic style with manga facial expressions so it felt a bit off... and the sex scene was too rape-y for my liking, if it hadn't been so rushed it probably wouldn't have been so bad... the stud getting rejected scene was pretty funny though.

Or maybe it was meant in the same vein as "I love him so much I just want to eat him up!" They are battleships, so in that sense, I think would have sounded better if she had said "I love her so much I want to sink her!"

It was soooo gooodddd, until the "I want to drown her" part anyway. I laughed wwww

This is one of the very first anime I watched as an adult and I still love it. Last half of the series I cried through the whole thing. Yoshitoshi Abe does great stories and art.

Izumiya Otoha style makes it hard to follow what the hell is going on when H kicks in. Too harsh on the black and too much close-ups.
