CN can't show gay stuff because their shows are aired into countries that have anti-gay laws - or so I read somewhere. So they don't want their shows heavily censored.

New show Wynonna Earp has potential gay stuff. It's a Syfy show so don't expect high art, but reportedly it's campy fun so far.

What is the show about?

Wyatt Earp somehow got cursed. Passed it down through the generations. Wynonna inherits the curse because her older sister is murdered. It's up to her to use Wyatt's pistol to send 77 (or something like that) demons/damned souls of murderers that escaped, back to hell. Also the soul of Doc Holiday escapes but he's kinda-sorta not a bad guy.

You know, if they end killing Root or Shaw, I hope the survivor gets killed somehow, like taking down the enemy leader with her.

I think it's nice that they added this. And if we see them again or not might not even matter because they'll live happily ever after.

Eh, having them be queer tokens leaves a bad taste. They get to be happily ever after, the creators get to pat each other on the back for being so inclusive, and the audience...gets one episode, and maybe the occasional cameo in a group shot. Nothing that really affects the series in any lasting way.

I'd rather them get a one off than have them get more episodes together and then have the Bury Your Gays trope rear it's undead body once again. And it being a network station, it will.

Dorothy is kinda mainline though, more so than Ridinghood at least.

Also Jem and the Holograms comic series by IDW, Kimber and Stormer are a couple.

Should have left it, it was funnier as Lord Sandwich. It's correct as a title to call him earl of sandwich, but it's also correct to address him as lord, since he's peerage.

Oh well, maybe it will be funny to those whi haven't read it. :)
