I loved this series a lot. Overall very cozy and wholesome, and I adore Yodokawa's art, especially the way she draws expressions. I can't wait to see what she does next. She mentioned in the volume 1 afterword that this series came about because she wanted something with a relaxed vibe after getting burned out doing her prior series, and I'm curious if she's going to continue with this kind of easygoing story, or if she'll pivot again to the opposite side of the spectrum.

She does have a couple of series going right now. Will be interesting to see how both wind up

On another note is Maria the first one Mei found out loves her? With Karin's flirtatious personality she probably questions her feelings. I'd day Maria scored a huge win this chapter. For me its Maria, Riri, or Karin.

but I agree too. It'd be too disjointed for anything but a drama or OVA. OVA would work, really well mind you, especially in green. But this one is way more designed for a drama where it doesn't need to be smooshed since you'd let the city aesthetics do the rest of the work
