Philosophical concepts or not, a lot of people, including me, felt let down by the ending. Because the romance turns into a tragedy without warning in the last chapter. It goes from "am I in love?" to "I'm in love but now she's leaving, then she's a dead pimp". hmmm wut? Ending was utterly uninteresting.
I'm crying so hard, like... really. -why don't they say it's "drama" at the beginning? I tend to avoid it cuz it makes me cry so much. I shouldnt've read this.
That ending! It was too fast and so contrived compared to the rest of it. I'm so disappointed!
It's not even the lack of affections that bugs me most (I'm used to that) but just. All that build up for such an easy ending. Basically we could have skipped all this if Youko confessed to Maki before that Keita-ass even entered the picture.
SOOO cliché, it's a mixture of everytthing and it's SOO much like Strawberry Panic. I hope this takes us to another place, a different story. Not expecting anything from this, really.
I wonder if Tomo is frightened about whether she is like her father and is one of the reasons she keeps Ai at arms length. And you know the whole sleeping with her step mother might have helped as well.
Yeah, I get the feeling it's more about that than the lingering feelings for the step-mom.
