English letters / words dont lend themselves to being drawn big and bold - a single Kanji can be drawn as a work of art- but not the Latin alphabet. Nobody would write their name that big in English.
Just use a big italic pen and it'll look great. English calligraphy can look just as beautiful as shodo.
Then there's also this style.
i have no thoughts on the font size or style but i was just summoned by viet calligraphy
Hum... why do you people want heavy drama when we can have it light and can be solved easily since the manga doesn't seem to be a drama thing to begin with.
When it's heavy ,people complain same goes for it when it's light. I don't get you people.
i agree... i personally see this series as not as heavy as some people are making it out as. i just want my girlfriends trying their best and still be girlfriends in the end. theres no angst or drama tag and im glad for that
Haru's expressions are really well drawn on that last chapter. I love the embarassed realization about why Fuyu is lying about her fortune we can see on Haru's face, the author really nailed it.
I just love those chill mangas about high school girls relaxed and drama free lives. Sure nothing ever happen, but I find those to be really comfortable, especially after a tiring week of work and such.
i have to second you on this. this is one of my favorite mangas; i love the slow pace, and the girls hanging out with girls is a cherry on top
i for one will have a little hope, since fly's yuri work has not yet disappointed me... would fly let themselves down by being paired with a not yuri writer....? stay tuned, i say to convince myself....
I would love to see a sequel where she’s a little older and can speak the language better. Maybe around the age of ten or twelve or even as late as eighteen!
with what marq said, yea this development happens... im not talking scientifically but a lot of girls from my old school are that developed at that age, mostly from their diet...
and then theres the fifth graders who are 6 feet tall too
