I mean, this is the first time we've specifically had relationships/couples mentioned at all, right? And the "we're both girls!" Is essentially a stepping stone these days. I'd say that that's all some kind of progress, no?

Can we just appreciate that Koguma wasn't bothered that Hino touched her chest, only that there wasn't enough, she thought, for Hino to touch? Wonder how much else she wouldn't mid Hino doing.

I'm constantly impressed by how mature the writing is in this. Hinako is such a well realized character.

I thought we were definitely getting a more introspective chapter because that's what tends to happen when we see Hino's room, but I'm not complaining - definitely a fun one

This has gotta be the most wholesome, understanding manga on this site. It's wonderful

Surprisingly revealing chapter - Hino totally, unequivocally knows what she wants but she is also hopeless, thinking that Koguma doesn't "get it". And Koguma definitely seems to want Hino to be happy and to make that happen (her being happy), but also doesn't totally seem to get all of the romantic overtones (at least not all the time) or she thinks that Hino just doesn't get serious about these things.

I really, really just want some kind of confirmation, even if it's not til the very end of the series, that these two realize they are in love with one another.

Chocomint discourse aside (it's the best and definitely not toothpaste) this is totally one of those chapters that shows just how far they've come without the entire chapter having to make it the "point". This chapter is about ice cream, sure - but we get more or less unabashed spoon sharing/indirect kissing (Hino even points pour how comfortable Koguma is to that point that she doesn't notice it) and cheek licking that just bear-ly has a compliant given.

I wonder when the next major "dramatic"/romantic arc will be. At this point, the exam arc has been done for a while.

The final chapter? But it was literally just getting good! The introduction of the club and the new characters, the various romances we have now - what a disappointment!

This was a wonderful ride. Murasakino is just so, so good.

Exciting and surprising - I thought something about Shou's art/some of the lewder parts of the manga might've hurt it's chances, but I'm happy to see it. Denpa's publishing lots of interesting stuff, I'm glad they're doing well as a up-and-coming publisher.

Agreed, the end page was weirdly unsettling. I had to reread it a couple of times up get that the subtext to the page was romantic, and not Kuro being called out, or punished, or something else sinister.

I adore this already. Yokoe is just wonderful in every scene - great design too - and now we have gyaru and siscons as well. Fun for everyone. I just hope it gets a little more explicitly yuri (doesn't have to get "serious") in general.

I had kinda written off the "simulation" part of the title as an "English is cool" kinda thing, even with the dreamworld stuff and whatnot, but if tkmiz is just up and referencing the "Truman Show", I'm beginning to change my mind.

I never got the chance to say after finally catching up just how wonderful this manga is, but it's truly something special. The perfect mix of ecchi, romantic, emotional, and fun, and with such great characterization and growth. Legitimately just don't know if there's anything out there even vaguely comparable. And even the sadder, or heartbreaking, or wistful chapters dint feel out of place next to something like, say, the doujin club chapters. It's all so wonderful. Truly wonderful.

But the two latest ones were great. Mari/Yuu is my favorite couple, but Eli/Honoka just keeps climbing that list. Domestic bliss is the best! The characters have all really moved forward so well.

Definitely into the series having its own S.O.S-dan, which might get genuinely interesting. I didn't expect this from the first few chapters

Lmao not everything can be, or should be, critiqued or interrogated with the same intensity or import. The mangaka is clearly writing a lighthearted, fluffy, monstergirl romance with this one.

Take it easy, maybe.

If the manga hadn't upped my blood-sucking fetish in the past few chapters, I think this one sealed the deal.

I'm any case, the mood changes felt weirder in this chapter than it had before, but I love a good mad Ichika moment so I can't complain too much.
