I'm more curious about 'what' happened in the past.
If you look at it, they made a point to put a downed plane by the Sakura trees. This gives us some inclination that whatever it was, it happened suddenly.

Doesn't Eila buy her that cushion in S2? I could be wrong, been a while since I watched this.
If so, it'll be the S2 room, I guess?

Well thats new. Usually, in most other vampire fictions, vampire's feeding on each other is a huge no-no, often being the equivalent to drinking poison or something.

Hm, it's not uncommon for vampire stories (especially romance) to have human become something like a "servant" linked to vampire "master", obtaining their immortality for having blood taken. I think two black-haired girls are full vampires and other to are basically their "contracted" partners.
Well, we might know more later.

They both have fangs though. You can see them when they kiss. I don't think any of them are human.
I will admit though, they made a point to show the fangs of the two black haired girls early on, I thought the other two were human at first too.

They're more akin to Anne Rice/White Wolf's vampires, where vampiric blood is usually either treated as the ultimate aphrodisiac or a way to strengthen oneself (if you drink a vampire's blood who's closer to Cain in generation).

Aphrodisiac o.o
I hope that isn't the case here, that could head into some serious NTR situations down the road.

No matter how different these vampires are to the norm, I think we're all thanking God they're nothing like Twilight.
The whole blood kiss thing reminds me of Aoi Shiro.

I wonder if this qualifies as Adult Life since there's a suggestion they're all pretty old (and the "kids" are the elder vamps).

One of the couples seems to be adult, but the other seem to be highschoolers. I don't really think it matters about their age in terms of 'vampire years', at the end of the day they're still portrayed as teenagers.

To me, it would be like asking the same question even if their characters are little loli's ^^

That aside though, there is an adult couple in there, so I think it's warranted.

Post apocalyptic lesbian vampires, slice of life, with early/on-going yuri relationships, and awesome heavily detailed art?
Totally gonna keep an eye on this one.

Anyone knows what to expect later on?

Hopefully it will stay slice-of-life'ish, that would be great.
But It'll probably turn into a horror/mystery/supernatural drama? That'd be my guess judging from the fact that all humanity just 'vanished'.
Definitely some plot lingering behind this sweet opening lol.

Well, that was much faster than expected. Love the slice of life feeling in the first few chapters, hopefully it holds up. Thanks much, Payapaya!

Aoi tho.... Please tell me I'm not the only one thinking this.... She's just so.... Hnnng...

Yes, yes she is.

I think all four of them are, to be honest o.o

Also - Holy shit, those kiss scenes were sexy...

If I like yuri but I don't care for idols, should I watch Love Live? Please watch over me warmly :(

If you only 'don't care for them' and not 'hate them', then yes it's worth watching.
Either way, if you like them or not it's still worth watching. The characters are great, the animation is great, and the music is great.
It'll also give you better context on the actual pairings. (I'd love to get into Touhou, but I suck at the franchise and don't know where to start :()

Check it out.

I actually stopped watching Railgun mid-way.
I haven't watched the original Index series, but decided to pick this up because of Kuroko. But after seeing how she was treated... yeah, it was just insulting. I figured where it was headed when they added Touma in - your typical harem lead who's worth about as much as a piece of cardboard. But hey, not seen the first, maybe he's a nice guy? But not worthy of a harem THAT fucking big.

Any show that has to resort to a one-sided yuri obsession as it's primary source of humor isn't worth watching, no matter how good the plot may be. Especially when you know that character that 'likes girls', will magically switch orientation and become just another generic harem slut. sigh

I mean, I really wouldn't mind if the issue was ACTUALLY addressed, I mean, Kuroko seriously shows that she loves Mikoto, and isn't just an obsessed fan-girl. But instead of discussing the matter, they keep it as comedy, and just have Mikoto electrocute her whenever she does something. Really pisses me off.

I wasn't sure about this one at first just like Earth girls but I liked it just like Earth girls Mira is pretty awesome!

Yeah, this one had me a little worried at the start. My usual reaction to the appearance of a love triangle is to throw my laptop across the room.
I'm glad to see this kinda had one, but it didn't last long. It's refreshing.

They are yeah.
But some artists tend to add them to a story as a fill in for a male character. Especially when the setting is an all-girls-school :P
It usually gives me the impression of gay at school - het after graduation. I'm glad to see this couple isn't like that though ^^

Didn't kuroko ended up in touma's harem? That's gotta sting

Pretty sure she doesn't. He shows up to rescue her after her fight with Aiko, but she still remains very much dedicated to Onee-sama.

While I'm glad to hear that... it really is only a matter of time before the inevitable happens.

Nah, I doubt that..Because most of the images they're together in she has short hair. I don't think we have anything to worry about in that regard :)

Very cute and funny, instant subscribe.

I'm curious about the chronology of this though, in the images they are pretty clearly a couple, but in the strip they aren't together quite yet. Did the author throw up some images of them together beforehand or what's the deal with that.

Personally, I think it was just a couple he created that he liked to draw artwork for. Then some people perhaps wanted to know more about the couple he/she kept drawing, so he/she decided to create this.

That would make sense, especially with the name of the story being "Their Story", dont'cha think? :)

I wouldn't be surprised if it started out as him/her drawing modern world versions of Ymir and Chritsa, to be honest, and kinda developed from there. I get a serious Yumikuri vibe from these works.

I don't mind tomboys. But when it gets to the point where you really can't tell if it's a girl unless they're naked/half clothed, it can be annoying.

This is a little confusing.
Looking at the artists website, they've only put out two chapters, yet there's a ton of images showing the characters further down the line.
Am I missing something? o.o

Looks like shits going to hit the fan at some point though.

Glad to see it here, This will be phenomenon soon.

It is already happening. Quite glad that its finally happening to a non-drama-QQ-faces-all-over-the-place-with-a-99%-chance-of-love-triangle-arc manga... Instead, it is because of the refreshing take on yuri, wish there was more like this.

Yeah, I can see it's happening )))
Well, i love the story, it's funny and cute. Kind of remind me of Prism. Also the artstyle is amazing, even tho black hair looks like a guy in the artworks but well...It's normal isnt it.

Yeah, I actually got confused by this at first. I was sure it was het, and that maybe she was just cross-dressing as a girl to talk to that other girl. Hell, she even dresses more manly than I do, lol.
