this threw me as well. Great comic apart from that.
Not sure why some artist take dark skinned characters and make them lighter so often but they aren't real so I guess all I can say in the end is I favor "those" elements of the original.

this art style looks really familiar, but i can't place my finger on who it reminds me of... it's not close enough to dowman sayman for me to mix them up, and going on this person's pixiv didn't help... hm

this is still pretty cute tho, even if it's technically het too (tho those parts are admittedly cute as well). yeah, at the end, very last panel, the high schooler has ahoge, so it's definitely haruka

A lot of comics are like that on Lezhin, a sudden abrupt and unresolved ending that had so much potential but ended on a short note. Sadly, this is all very common to most manhwas especially those on Lezhin and Webtoon.

@Vankomycin @juanelric Pretty much what 12hopeful said, the anime and the movie further fuelled this ship with how they interacted with each other.

@juanelric Hakuna was already considered as the actual protagonist after Fate/Extella was released. The male one is just there for people to be overtly waifu their waifus per say. During Fate/Extra she was put in the background as the male version was given more promotion than the female one but Extella came and Hakuno be wrecking everyone. As for Fate/Grand Order both male and female versions of Ritsuka is considered canon as far as I'm aware. It's just really people's preferences as to who they would use, either Gudao or Gudako.
