So basically I'm looking for any yuri that revolves around one of the girls having some sort of "flaw" that the other either accepts or helps them to change/accept it. The 'flaw' can be anything really. Something as mild as having a slightly embarrassing interest/hobby (i.e. liking something intended for a younger audience and being embarrassed about it) or as serious as the lingering impact of a tragic event (i.e. a rape, or loss of a family member at a young age etc.) They can either original or doujinshi from any work.

It was the final official release (1.3) way back in 2015, yes. Got a version with censored art (1.3J) for the Japanese market as well.
