My sister is turning 17 (again, this time hopefuly for real) soon and I'm still looking for yuri manga or anime that she might enjoy. Preferably in german, but english is also okay.

Her taste is mostly sports anime (especially of the fujobait variety) and whatever is currently mainstream-popular in the anime season (think MHA). There's Birdie Wing and Harakuna Receive, but the former afaik was a let down and the latter is, eh, fanservice-y.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Pocha Climb! should be good. (Although last three chapters need to be found elsewhere.)

On the anime side, apart from what you've already mentioned, which I personally think are both fine, even if not making the yuri quite explicit, let's see what I can find on my list with a good enough score...

As a Canadian, I quite appreciate that their Quidditch is Lacrosse-based.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's a bit surprising you'd pick it over the original Quidditch that (apart from the later added Seeker position) pretty much mirrors ice hockey. :P
