It's really kind of confusing with Takemiya's art suffering from same-face. Back when chapter two came out, I thought it was about the time before her relationship with the blonde girl from the previous chapter went to shits.

That's what you get from same-face, not giving names immediately and all the skipping with their hippin’, and the hoppin’, and the bippin’, and the boppin’, so you don’t know what the jazz is all about.

I think it's just really just an episode from back when Yamanaka was in college and I don't think we're going to see any of the other characters in the office-arc. But who knows. Maybe that woman she is truly in love with, whoever that is.

The title of the doujin actually reads 'Maiden Bungaku'. I justed noticed and thought something terrible might happen if I didn't point it out. nyoro~n

I have read somewhere that the SIDs/Sakurako's LL is nothing like the anime anyway.

'Nothing like it' would probably be saying too much but there are noteworthy differences. Still, I found it enjoyable although your mileage may vary.

I feel the hiatus, although it was hard on us, really paid off for Ssamba. The new chapters have been nothing but great at pacing, emotions and complexity.

And Seol-A realising No-Rae and she can't go back to being mere friends made my day!

If you think about it objectively, shipping wars are hilarious. Two groups of people attack each other over which pairing is otp. It's almost as funny as watching fundies and non-religious people fight. xD

I think it's more often than not more like fundies fighting fundies.

Feels like the plot somehow got sidetracked. This was really confusing. Didn't help I only recognized the tall guy - no idea who everyone else was. Also quite a stretch to think a basketball flying that curve is able to break a window

This is still a strange hodgepodge of everything. Drama, action, tragedy and... what was up with that cheap cockroach slapstick in the shower? The action is clumsily illustrated and when bear girl is voicing her suspicions about Kusuda, at first I thought MC was still awake. Next page it turns out she is already out for the count and manages to sleep through all the yelling.

Dying in a car accident in Australia? Somehow I feel that's better than if the Australian wildlife gets you. mental image of a great white shark's jaw full of poisonous jellyfish

Have you tried breathing into a paper bag? You're sounding a bit tense there.

A really confusing read, what with the disjointed storytelling (what happened to the buddy of the fake best friend, the pal of glock girl, characters that appeared in two or three panels at most and you're supposed to remember and care for them) and fast pacing.

e: oh, and chainsaws apparently don't make noise.
