Depends on which school. Nerd schools with lots of Asians end up with a bunch of conflict-averse, milquetoast liberals who will just avoid you if they care. Other schools they'll just be like, "lmao bone who you bone idc". And private schools in rural areas are where gay kids go to acquire horrible PTSD. Overall, though, as long as you go to a public school, no one will care for the most part (no one knows who the frick you are)

So the SFX says "peropero", which Pal and I originally wanted to write as "lick", but there's already a separate SFX for that so I just went with whatever I thought was appropriate. Seems like a good choice.

I love this manga's approach to idealism. Where it breaks down how the idealism can harm people and that it's kinda garbage and limits you as a person, but doesn't just, like, tell you, "succumb to society's expectations!" It's more got this theme that everyone has their own way to exist/their own ideals that they're not going to compromise on, some people just have it harder.

The sisters thing was Marimite's fault. SMH. Yuri works prior to Marimite did not use this trope. In fact, most yuri works AFTER Marimite avoided this trope, you can probably count the soeur system usage in early Yuri Hime on one hand.
Reason being it loves to lean into Class S/ephemerality for no good reason. Yuri is Forbidden to a Yuri Otaku intrigues me because the main couple isn't going to have a soeur relationship to contrast with the main character's weird obsession.

Edit: Also it's pretty common for stories to include murder and be all like "fuck yeah murder" just because. It's like watching a train wreck that doesn't destroy a train, cargo, or people's lives.
