I chose Team Pink in the start of the series, because honestly I think a story about fixing a broken relationship to be more interesting than one about getting with someone new and moving on. Mostly of the stories never get to the point in which a couple has to face the choice of fixing the relationship.
Yea, I think this is actually what's gonna happen in the series. Although I totally ship #TeamBlonde, I just can't ignore the fact that your theory is more realistic and more likely to happen in the series. Like I dunno. Sungji's character is to open Sumin's closed and already cold heart. Maybe, just maybe, Sumin will finally accept that that cheating accident 10 years ago is really just an accident. And as for Seju, she's always always been there for Sumin. Even after all those things Sumin had done to her. Well, either way, I'm good whoever Sumin ends up to. As long as the development of the story is acceptable.
You know, I like how the "members" of each team behave in this forum. Like how most of us respect each other ships or the fact that some of us are ok if our team loses in the end, as long as everyone end up happy. Also I think it's kind of amazing some of us get to the point of even accepting the threesome route (which usually would just intensify ship wars). I definitely don't regret getting out of my anti-social bubble to interact with you guys lol.

Hmm I think that is what the author is trying to do though. Show happy past -> broken relationship -> mending of relationship. They definitely are not going to end the story without fixing Seju and Sumins relationship. As for getting together with someone new and moving on, I think it was necessary for Sumin to find Sungji. Sungji played a big part in Sumin being able to break away from her locked up heart.. and thanks to her, perhaps Sumin will have the heart to face Seju with their problems instead of always running away from it like she always used to.
Yep, I totally agree with you. I think that's what Team Gaji is aiming for. Sungji heals Sumin. Sumin finally gets brave enough to face Seju, who has been waiting all along for a closure. So I think Sungji and Sumin is the end game. And Seju happy ending will be about having Sumin back as family, just like they promised once.
BUT I have a bad taste regarding favorite characters and ships. I always end up siding with the unrequited love tropes (which is no good for my mental health). I know Team Pink is sort of delusional, but I can't help it. So I have my hopes up with all the "shocking plot twist" thing. I will suffer until the very ending hoping that maybe Team Gaji will surprise me lol.
Regarding Seju, I also think she won't turn psycho (please, don't let her turn psycho). But I'm honestly afraid she will end up physically hurt. That scene with Sehyun about her careless attitude towards life and having no intention of making it better; her monologue about waiting for Sumin until death.. It gives me bad vibes about her future. Also, Seju does seem like someone with some sort of self-loathing - but this is just my impression. I don't think she would go as far as committing suicide, but I think she may end up in a car crash or something after developing some self-destructive behavior. Well, I just hope she ends up safe and happy.

Arguably Sumin/Seju relationship is beyond salvation by now, but my masochist heart doesn't think so... This and the fact that I want Seju to have the best ending possible makes me unable to quit Team Pink.
No intention of leaving my sinking ship. I hate myself sometimes.
Reading the Spanish version (I know Portuguese, so I can understand it quite accurately), Sehyun seems to be a woman, which only makes me even more curious about the next chapter.
Sehyun is a man because on the phone her father referred to him as 'geu nyuh suk' which is only used towards males. If it were a female he would have said 'geu nyun'.
Oh, sorry, guys. The version I read used feminine pronouns. Thanks for the correction!
Oh, I thought her father died. But from Seju's expression, it's still not good news. I suppose Sehyun is a male's name, so now there's a possibility of Seju getting forced into marriage, that's if the guy is not one of her brother. Reading without translations, all I can do is guess.

Plot Twist: Sungji is only in the story to help Sumin heal and Nam is only there to break through Seju's walls and make her see that she needs to forgive herself. In the end, Sumin will break up with Sungji, because she realizes that she never really stopped loving Seju and at around the same time that happens, Seju will have learned to stop beating herself up over things that happened 10 years ago. So Seju forgives herself and Sumin forgives Seju as well and they get back together, because a love like this was never meant to end like that in the first place.
No, go away! I don't want to hear your logics and reasons! Leave me and my bubble alone!
C'mere, bubble. (/O3O)/ * hugs bubble*P.S.: TEAM PINK FOREVER!
That will be the perfect ending for me Wishful thinking is not a crime!
For me too. We suffer together! I sink with my delusional ship

I also have issues regarding Sungji development. Don't get me wrong, I like her. She's adorable. But that's it. We don't see a crack in her shield, not a single imperfection. Sumin, Seju and Nam are all messed up someway, so it feels easier to connect with them.
I understand that Sungji being kind and strong makes the perfect character to heal Sumin. And she's definitely being successful. As some people pointed out, Sumin began to enjoy the simple things again. So I like Sumin/Sungji interaction because of its effect on Sumin. But I just don't feel the thrill to ship them, since I need to see something awfully human in Sungji - guilty, selfishness, anything really.
I also hope they don't get interrupted. I mean, I usually don't mind slow paced stories providing they end up getting somewhere. But lately it has been all about "will they or won't they" and some fluffy scenes. I think FF, Their story and some other titles are better in these aspects. I got interested in WTFS because of its potential in mature drama in the first place. So I hope these last chapters were building the tension for a climax in the next one. And I also hope some heavy drama will happen to test Sumin x Sungji relationship. I see they will probably be the end game, so I want them to build more consistency there (I think it lacks maturity somehow). At least then I will be able to admit clear defeat as a member of team pink lol.
Damn, Suzuma. Someone finally wrote my thoughts about Seju! I just needed to compliment you for that. Really, thank you.
I'm not saying Seju isn't to blame. She made a mistake and paid the price of losing the person she loves. But come on, guys, she has suffered just as much as Sumin, if not more. Seju knows she hurt Sumin - the person she loved the most - and that Sumin is probably never coming back for her. Seju will carry this burden for all her life.
And Seju definitely treasured Sumin back then. There was this scene we see all the hatred Seju had to deal with in her house. She was surrounded by her family, while listening to their mean words all directed to her. But Seju was smiling. Amidst all that hatred, Seju still found a reason to smile for. And that was because Sumin was in her thoughts. In my opinion, that was one of the most meaningful moments of this story.
I'm not saying Sumin should forgive Seju and go back to her. I understand Sumin' side. But I like Seju's character the most so I support SejuxSumin, even though I know that is not happening. It's just that her background makes me feel for her. I wanted her to have a second chance with the person she loved. But life isn't like that. And she will need to move on eventually. I would like Seju to have at least one good ending - and that would be being able to forgive herself.
