Can't judge Hamill, I watched the anime when I was a kid and it was dubbed. Though that's not really acting.

Edit : I really liked Nicholson's joker (well, I'm kind of fond of Nicholson's acting overall) but the film was ..decent. Could have been better.

Once again, we can not really judge it since 30 minutes of the joker were removed. Even if what I saw wasn't very convincing, I believe it gives a better impression in the director's cut.

The best actor play was Margot Robbie's. I really loved Harley quinn.

That said, Ledger and Nicholson joker remain my favorite. Ledger especially.

I prefered Ledger's joker too, and Suicide Squad wasn't that great, but we've got to keep in mind that the film has been changed a lot by Warner, without even telling David Ayer. They tried to do something like marvel, and that was a failure.

We also can't really judge Leto's performance since ~30 minutes of the joker were cut off. I'd have liked to see the director's cut, but that's how it is.

Still, the film was decent I guess, I'd at least give it a 5 out of 10.

The situation that's so familiar to many of us and yet so hurtful.

A manga that reminds things don't go as smoothly as usual mangas show would be Octave (the first example that popped in my mind), a story about unrequited love , one about mistake and own foolishness. Everything but this.
Kodama Naoko's characters are just obnoxious. manipulative, fucked up, it's as if they were made to give the reader nausea. It's my point of view, but most of Naoko's character inspire me nothing but disgust. Yes, such people exist in real life, and yes people happen to hurt (consciously or not) other people, but everyone isn't as sadistic and perfidious as Kodama's char.

Again, I don't have anything against this artist, and I totally respect their work and wish them to success and sell, but I just can't bring myself to like their stories.

Well, I still give Kodama Naoko some credit, they're the only author whose works give me nausea. It's stronger than bitterness, so even if I hate nearly everything they do, I respect them for making such unpleasant stories. They're definitely skilled, though it's really not my cup of tea.

Not surprised you didn't hear of Always human, it's not a depressing, aaangst, drama and tragedy story. It's adorable, fluffy, the art is A-WE-SOME and ... I can't detail more because I don't want to spoil but it's my favorite current yuri (well, since there isn't really another recent yuri that can compete; and yes, I'm not fond of any of the recent yuri, except Watashi no muchi a watashi no michi, but I've read the raws so..).

There's even one soundtrack per chapter that plays when you read and that fits the tone of the chapter.

All I can say is : just go and read it, you won't regret it.
