Are we ACTUALLY gonna get a story that addresses how having a relationship where one person puts the other on a pedastal is super unhealthy, rather than just sweeping all the obsessive fan stuff under the rug like every other author x reader story ever? Maybe? Possibly?

Well, what would be the point of even bothering to bring this up if it's not going to be explored somehow, and Tachibana is shown to be clearly bothered by this...
...but the "newspaper strip" kind of format does make it difficult to have any nuanced stories :P could go either way I guess.

Okay first off did anyone else notice that Saonji was holding cake and the teapot in both her hands during chapter 54, so she knocked on Tachibana’s door using her ahoge?

... actually that whole chapter was tricky to interpret, took me a few rereads to understand she just handed her the cake and immediately jumped on the bed :P Maybe I'm just stupid but it could be conveyed better

Whaaaat?? The comically evil and sadistic editor Toraiwa manipulated all the other editors into voting against Tadokoro’s manga despite it’s wild popularity on social media?? No wayyyyyyyy

... I mean, in all likelihood probably not :P the guy was just portrayed as a common asshole, not an evil mastermind, and we already seen the editing department only moderately sympathetic to Tadokoro's manga so the results just seem logical to me :P (Although whatever the rival is about to do I'm actually not sure).

This looks like it would be really cute, but every time I try to read it, I get so damned irritated with the characters that I stop enjoying it and quit. Usually I'm either with a story to the end or I put it aside and don't look back, but I'd at least like to see where this one is going. Is anyone else finding it to be a chore? Or will it get better if I can plow past a certain point?

I kinda get it? Not sure if it's for the same reasons as you, but it seems that everything is such a big deal for everyone in this story, and they react so dramatically it mildly bothers me :P (I did read until the latest chapter available though).

Remove only the parts you worked on, e.g. if you did QC, just introduce the mistakes again. I'm sure it's worth the trouble

I stopped following this series a couple of chapters ago, I just enjoy reading comments without seeing the actual manga, so it's probably completely out of context...

...but I think it's very optimistic for you to assume that everyone's parents in real life get along well. If anything, anecdotally lots of people I know were saying something to the effect that their parents can't stand each other, and I think it's pretty well established at this point that lots of marriages don't end well :P

Didn't mention it the first time since credit page thing distracted me... but after the ringo-mango thing being just explained by an asterisk, I didn't expect to be hit with "eel glee"

Well, that was a really emotional chapter, basically on all angles possible... I think every relationship was to some degree explored in it - Hinako and Asahi, Fuuka and Asahi, the sisters and even Fuuka and Subaru to some extent :P

... confession at the end suprised me, but in retrospect it does make sense, it's certainly the last chance for Fuuka if she ever had one :P

Ha, after seeing they hired a bodyguard I was sure he will escape. It just seems right in line with the sense of humour of this story.

The whole story kind of gave me the vibes of "getting married to fix a broken relationship", which is never a good sign (except of course there is no marriage for I'm assuming legal reasons.) I didn't like it as much as most of you did.

I guess making me think the translator is incompetent is a prank somehow.

Anyone besides me laughed when Mai woke up smooching her pillow? It happens a lot in fiction: somebody dreams about kissing and wakes up giving passionate kisses to their pillow. It's funny but I'm curious to know if it really happens in real life? It seems unlikely to me. I know for sure that I never did it.

Closest I did was drooling over my bed, and I don't think my dream had anything to do with that. (But I don't remember them anyway, so I guess I can't rule it out completely :P)
