just to confirm something... that comment about Harui and Kotori looking similar is really in the chapter and was not added by the scanlators? if so, I wonder how this info will play into the plot?

I am both happy about that liscense.. And sad. No more being able to read citrus on the go from wonderful Yuri Project but on Dynasty Scans. But if it's licensed does that mean i can read it in english and buy it at stores? I'll buy em then. Support to Saburo Uta!

ya gotta love filler chapters like this one. they are like prizes you find at the bottom of a Cracker Jack box. Some are gems, some are duds, but each one is unique.

@flips - you are correct, these chapters are just too short.

on a different note, I have a general question for everyone... why isn't Murakami subject to the effects of time stoppage? Was she ever affected by it? I know this was partially addressed in the story, but something doesn't make sense. The first time Moritani lifted Murakami's skirt, Murakami was not affected. Why?

@csx - ya think? the art has changed, but I wouldn't peg it as drastic. actually, I rather like the was Moritani was drawn back then. the expressions seem softer, but that's just my opinion.

as much as i liked this series i find i don't really enjoy straight up porn scenes as much as say like, ones that leave more to the imagination lol. i mean, they always do the exact same thing in all of em xD sadly a lot of yuri writers don't have a lot of imagination when it comes to making sex scenes that are different haha.

i'm rather curious... in your opinion, what is an example of a story (one shot or series) that is good at portraying sex scenes?

OK, so that leads to the question I wanna ask. Btw, so far I'm with you especially with wrt that pic. So my question is who's the girl? a kouhai from middle school whom it appears is smitten with Yuzu? don't know and it may not become clear until ch. 9. At first, I too thought it was Yuzu. If that's the case then those panels are flashbacks of Yuzu in middle school (similar to the ones we're given where it looks like Mei and her father make up), but going back to the picture, that makes less sense. I need to go reread chapters 1 and 2, because I think there was a scene with Yuzu in middle school. if there is, we can compare Yuzu circa middle school with mysterygirl circa now to dismiss the whole "it's Yuzu in a flashback" idea. On the otherhand, if it's a kouhai, it will become interesting to see if she has a crush on Yuzu or develops a crush on Mei or just becomes a distraction to force Yuzu and Mei to deal with their feelings. (oooohhhhhhh.... sowwy, got wordy again)

Also whoever said the story did a poor job of explaining things but has fabulous artwork nailed it. though i have to admit, barring some type of unreasonable plot twist that distroys the flow of action, Citrus hasn't been too bad thus far.

Harumin is rather cool. Her character seems rather easy going. Wouldn't be too surprised if she and the vice-prez end up a couple or at least good friends.

so riddle me this... is this turning into a strange kind of love triangle between Nishimiya-Shouya-Ueno?

I ask because we now know that Ueno liked Shouya at one point and should Shouya and Ueno start talking and getting closer again, "could" blossom into a relationship. It also appears that Shouya likes Nishimiya given that he got jealous at how close Sahara and Nishimiya have become.

Am I misinterpretting the current situation?

Why would asking Kana not to call her support that? If it's the first time Mizuho went searching for her, that seems like a pretty good reason to cry if the entire issue with the relationship was that both of them wondered how much the other cared. She probably wants to go find her herself instead of having Kana call her magic double phone.

Possibly, which would set up a very nice ending to this story.

to answer you question, the reason i did not think so was because i thought Ena's request was rather odd. why not ask Kana to call, especially if Kanae went off by herself? as to Ena running off to look for Kanae? to me (opinion here), that's right silly. now you have too people roaming around looking for one another. however, it does make for a nice and tidy ending. anyhoo, maybe i'm being too practical here. after all it's just fiction and it looks like its coming to a resolution. guess I should know better (i.e. should not expect weird plot twists).

correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Mei that initiated "first contact towards" (kissed) Yuzu? [ OK, OK, I'll go reread the previous chapters to confirm, but in the meantime... humor me on this conspiracy theory] so what if this mystery person was the reason Mei kissed Yuzu in the first place?

Given the slow-but-somehow-just-right pacing, I foresee it going on this way. It seems like it'll work out since whenever Yamada cries Kase distracts her with sexiness.

speaking of crybaby Yamada, I hope Takashima Hiromi grows her character up quite a bit. So far Yamada's crying at every little miss understanding has been cute, but after a while it gets nerve grating.

Even though there is just one chapter left, I think the flow of the story is pretty good.

darn. I know this may sound off, but I really wish this story would drag out for a few more chapters. it's quite a dense and complex story where the characters are in a dysfunctional relationship. it is kind of a shame to wrap it up all nice and neat in a final chapter (this is my assumption of course).

on a different note, I "kind of" did not see Kanae's reaction coming. Funny how having her sister scold her for not looking for Ena and taking the lead pushed her into motion. also my little mini thesis on where this story was going got shot to she-it! hehe, guess I'll go take a back seat and enjoy the last chapter.
