Yea. Not only old site was perfectly fine, it was actually unique and had a lot of charm. I absolutely hate the new one and hope it only looks like that because it's barely finished.

They would've had to remake the whole old UI either way since most of the code for the site was very outdated. I'm guessing they decided to go for something easier to code and lighter on the servers instead

That's what I though too, that arrow was not wavering, it seemed like it was about to vanish from her sight. If she falls in love she'll lose her ability to see arrows, (or maybe she just won't see the arrow of the person she loves?)

I meant waver more as it "Sayo's love(?) for [person] caused her love for Mei to disappear/fade for a moment" ("blinking" fits better I guess). I think it makes some sense based on what she said after the president's sister left, but after rereading I think the timing is wrong for that to be the case.

It's a personal beef. I've never liked their translations all that much. They're never outright bad but they always feel off compared to fan translations (things like weird or awkward ways of wording sentences etc)
Combined with the fact that they changed the meaning of the title (傍白 means "aside", not "monologue"; they are two completely different things) and I'm not that exited about this release.

It's got the miraculous 24 episodes so the pacing is able to be a bit slower. Give it time

Well Micro USBs have been around since at least 2009 maybe earlier so it's not that much of a stretch. Plus most people I know carry their charging cable/adapter with them when they head out so it's not that much of a stretch for her to just have hers on hand.

Every modern phone I know other than Apple's rubbish uses USB-C. I've not seen one triple camera phone that uses Micro USB.

But yeah, I know a lot of people who carry a charger around so that's most likely the case. I'm more curious about how/if she has service

IIRC metalbending is only ever used to physically deform and levitate metallic objects, and (at least in its original form) actually works by manipulating silicate impurities within the metal (though Bryke seem to have retconned that in Korra). While the "idea" may be the same, it's still a leap from mechanical manipulation of trace metals to nucleosynthesis and cold alloys.

Guru Pathik said "Even metal is just a part of Earth that has been purified and refined", so I used to interpret it as metal just being a part of earth and metal benders simply extended their understanding of "Earth".
It was actually in Korra where it was further clarified that they bend the impurities left within the metal; hence why extremely "pure" metals, such as platinum, can't be bent.
