In Mizuki's defense though, if you see someone you really like becoming famous (seeing their face on TV and magazines) and drawing a large fanbase while watching from a distance, then one can't help but feel a little jealous and feel as they they might be out of your reach. She might developing thoughts like "Does she think about me anymore, does she need me?". Sachiko was so busy they hardly even talked anymore so it must have been hard for both of them. One of them could have visited each other at least once after the phone call...

At least she saw her off with a smile on her face. It was a tragic but nice story overall.

Kaleido Star. No real yuri but the two main characters have a very strong friendship, maybe subtext. Nevertheless it's a wonderful anime and well worth watching.

I initially went into LL hell already knowing what the popular ships were before watching the anime. It was almost as though Dynasty was getting overloaded with LL and I though I might as well give this thing a try. (I actually started out playing the game).

After watching the first season I was confused because what I saw was different to what I expected in terms of character X character interactions for a lot of pairings. One of these pairings was EliUmi. I saw more of that than EliNozomi. I saw more EliNozomi in the 2nd season and I really liked it but not enough to rule out EliUmi. This pairing was still fairly strong and its dynamic really made more of an impression on me. I too don't get why some of the ships are made but shippers will ship regardless if there might be a strong argument against it.

"Look at me". Is who's attention does Hanayo want? If she goes out with Nico I think either Maki or Rin or both will get jealous for some reason and want to break up the Nicopana pairing. I don't see a happy ending here...

They figured that's as far as they can push their luck and decide to go out of their lives talking about how nice it was that they had the same dick size, while holding hands. No homo, of course.

Suicide? Really? My interpretation is that the two of them have accepted themselves as the lowest of the low and that they've fallen too far into darkness to try redeem themselves so they keep doing what they're doing probably until they get caught. They know that they are scum but they're not alone. They know what the other feels and reach a deep level of understanding. It's a twisted but beautiful story of friendship. Lol at the no homo.

The way this artist draws Umi makes her look so mature and dignified. This story went from start to end real quick lol.

Pretty good comedy, had my laughs. Seriously though, it's trying to be so dark and edgy that it comes out comedic on the other end.
Not to say loli rape stories can't be touching. Just not like this. I do remember that one story with two friends driving around Japan and raping little children on the way. Lots of introspective and some food for your brain, however much you might dislike the content of the story. I nearly shed a tear at the endng.

That it very introspective. For a one-shot which was mostly hentai, it sure was emotional at the end. Those kinds of works won't be liked by the majority and those that are unable to distinguish between fantasy and reality should steer well clear of it too.

For people saying they are disappointed that such a good premise was wasted, check out the author's other works.
